The flat consists of a pleasant and bright living room with a fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Senseo coffee machine and pods, dishwasher, oven, etc.) and access to a first balcony facing south/east, opening onto a dining area (for 4 people) and then a living room (sofa, coffee table, TV with French and international channels) opening onto a second balcony facing south/west.
It has a first bedroom with 2 single beds and cupboard, then a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and cupboard, with access to the balcony.
Comfortable shower room with basin and shower cubicle, heated towel rail, separate WC.
Storeroom with washing machine and storage space.
Free access to bicycle racks in the residence.
