This spacious villa has a large courtyard on level -1 for private parking, with storage space for garden furniture and washing machine.
The living room on the ground floor has a fully equipped open kitchen (3 burner ceramic hob, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave...) with a table for 6 and a sitting area (sofa, French TV) giving access to a first terrace. On the ground floor there is also a first bedroom (with double bed 140x200 and storage space) as well as the bathroom (bathtub, towel dryer, WC, vanity unit) and a cupboard.
The staircase secured by 2 barriers leads to the first floor where there is a WC with hand-washer, a second bedroom with bunk beds (2x90x190) and cupboard, and a third bedroom with double bed (140x200) and storage space. Both bedrooms have access to a solarium with view on the Massif de la Clape and the sea. Free Wifi.
