The centrally located kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious counter with seating for five—perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or evening cocktails. A custom-built bench and granite-top table offer a cozy in-kitchen dining option for the whole family.



The open-concept layout flows into a bright and spacious family room, furnished with a large leather sectional and a wall-mounted TV—ideal for movie nights or post-beach lounging. For more formal meals, enjoy the elegant 8-person dining table, positioned between two sets of doors that open to both a brick-paved patio and the sparkling pool deck, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living.



Room to Recharge – 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10 Comfortably:



*Primary Suite: King bed, direct pool access, built-in desk, and spa-like ensuite with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and separate enclosed shower.

*Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin nightstands with lamps, bookshelf, and dresser.

*Bedroom 3: King bed, twin nightstands with lamps, and a generous closet.

*Bedroom 4: Unique queen-over-queen bunk beds and a cozy built-in bench under arched windows—a perfect nook for reading or relaxing.



A full-size laundry room with sink, iron, and ironing board is available for your convenience throughout your stay.

Relax in your oversized saltwater pool and spa, heated seasonally for your comfort. The pool area is equipped with two chaise loungers and a glass-top dining table for six with an umbrella for shade—ideal for sunny lunches or alfresco dinners under the stars. The pool faces north for optimal light throughout the day.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)

Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



Self check-in with smart lock: Codes are issued two weeks prior to arrival and reset after each stay for security.



Vehicle recommended—Naples is a large metro area and most attractions are best accessed by car.
