Friendly and professional front desk personnel. Breakfast/restaurant manager provided outstanding customer service. Nice, spacious, cleaned room.

Very clean and comfort room, modern, air conditioning working, lovely bathroom!

Nice hotel near train station - rooms facing train station are a bit noisy

The hotel was a lovely respite from the crazy city of Napoli this August. It is a very short walk from the central train station to the hotel (you can see it from the doors of the train station). The hotel was very clean, the lobby staff greeted us in Italian then switched to English once we gave them our passports and began the check in. We chose the breakfast buffet option which was quite a spread with coffee (even custom made cappuccino), teas and juices. They had everything from salad and cold cuts to eggs toast cereal and pastries. It was too hot to eat out on the roof but we did venture out for the great view of the city. The room was of sufficient size to not feel cramped and the bathroom was very large. There was plenty of hot water for the shower and the shower head was adjustable. The bed had a foam mattress which seemed very firm but slept very well. Our room option had a free minibar which was stocked with water, juices, sodas, and beers. Everything about the hotel was very clean. It was a 20-30 minute walk from the hotel to the Archaeological Museum and the Capella Sanservo. The water front was a bit further. Negatives about the hotel... it is very noisy outside as it is a busy square and the drivers use their horns often. The walk to the hotel requires several street crossing which can be dangerous in Napoli. The police seem to keep the sidewalk right in front of the hotel clear but any bit off is full of begging and street sellers,

Do not stay here - the hotel is located right next to a building site, busy and noisy intersection, and is in a bad part of town. The room is not soundproofed, and is quite loud, despite what hotel staff promise you (we live in the centre of a busy city, and can tell you, it is certainly not quiet). When we signed the contract, we agreed to a certain price for any changes to bookings or cancellations. This was not kept to and we are currently in a dispute to reclaim some of the funds.

Hotel location was very nice and we especially loved the bed in the room, which was very very comfortable!!! The room came with free WiFi, great breakfast buffet and free mini bar usage! No additional charge as described except a local sightseeing tax.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was very clean…The hotel staff were wonderful, helpful and very pleasant. The is our second time staying at the Una Hotel…If we go back to Naples we would stay there again.

great hotel, high recommended as base at Naples, perfect for Transvesuvian to Pompei and a 20minutes walk to port to Capri

I've been travelling in Europe for about 6 weeks now and this hotel is just great! Nice staff, walking distance from the main train station, GREAT rooftop breakfast spot with a view of Naples.

The hotel is great!. The location is convenient to travel to and from Naples. The piazza Garibaldi is a very busy place, lots of traffic and lots of trash...

Room was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Free Wi-Fi and snacks from mini bar. Staff was very courteous. Only complaint is desk was always crowded and took a while to check in.

This wasn't in the best area of Naples but the hotel did it's very best to make one forget that. The hotel itself was gorgeous and did a very good job in accomodating their guests. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the showers were great. The water pressure and temperature never wavered. The only gripe I had with this place was the WIFI. Yes, it was free but no more than one person at a time could be on this. Anyone else already logged in would automatically get kicked off. Someone else using this WIFI would have to log back in and in result kick off the person currently using it. A bit of a hassle but it was better than no WIFI at all. If you have to stay in this area, this is the hotel to stay it. The train station is only a 3 minute walk away. The hotel can be seen from the train station

Naples in general is not the best city nor the cleanest. But the hotel itself was very nice and clean. It surroundings was not so nice but thats what you get when youre next to a bus and train station. Front desk people were not that friendly, but they all do speak English so it was a bit helpful. Our stay included breakfast which was nice, but don't expect your typical American breakfast.

Very clean, modern, nice and helpful employees, great bed, & very good breakfast. Close to train station and airport.

Convenient location. We took the tram from right out front to the harbour to visit Capri. Tour picked us up at hotel door when we visited Pompeii. There was a nearby restaurant, Iris, where food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, and there is a rooftop area for eating when the weather is nice.

The hotel couldn't have been easier to get to from the train station (just a short 5-minute walk.) The service was what you would expect from a decent 4-star hotel and the rooms were modern with a nice European touch.

A great location from the train station. It is so close a taxi will not take you there. Our room was great. Nice furnishings, very comfortable and a beautiful bathroom. Great bar with a great view of the city. Best martini's we found in Italy. Restaurant was very good.

Excellent location, we stayed only one night, but we enjoyed staying here. Around the hotel, there are good restaurants to eat, and needless to say, very close to bus stop and train station. Very good value.

The hotel was walking distance from the central train station and a 9 euro taxi ride to the dock for the ferries. The rooms were very nice and the hotel had a great roof top bar overlooking the city. The one complaint I did have was that the airconditioning did not cool off the room at all. After a long hot day of site seeing it would have been nice to cool down in the room.

Dear Guest, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us further your recent visit to the UNA Hotel Napoli. We are very sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet the level of expectation that we strive to achieve for each one of our guests. We take the feedback of our guests seriously and we value each point to ensure that we maintain the level of service that is expected from us. We regret very much to read that your complaint refers to the location of the Hotel and then to the outside noise. Obviously, as we stand at 200 mt from the central station, the heart of the city and the nerve center of all transport links with the most famous tourist sites, we can not consider ourselves located in a peaceful setting. Once again, thank you for choosing to stay at UNA Hotel Napoli and we do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to the hotel in the near future. Best Regards

Dear Guest, I would like to thank you for your time to leave your precious comment on UNA Hotel Napoli, that will allow us to verify the quality of our services and to approach more and more to your expectations. Regarding your review, we are extremely surprised that we record with regret the vote received and We answer here to some of the statements that emerge from your review: we are aware of our strategic position to reach all the most beautiful places of city and at the same time, as we are in the heart of central station and not on the SEA, we never denied that the square is chaotic. Moreover all our valuable guests write it and I'm sure that you, like many others, have read the reviews before booking. So if your reservations had a flexible rate, we would have respected the cancellation rule. I assure you that we take every comment seriously and your review will be used to reconsider improvements needed and I hope that you can give us a chance to show what we have done. Once again, thank you for your feedback. Sincerely
