Me cambiaron 3 veces de habitación las sabanas estaban sucias y con pelos

The location was perfect fro my trip and the staff was very friendly.

No business center to print documents. Breakfast area very crowded during peak times, Need a few more tables. Offerings were good and host was helpful. Very good rooms, comfortable beds, and quiet.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. It did not smell well, pets are allow and stinks in every hall.

My stay was Ok, the room was Ok and the staff were professional.

The hotel was nice and provided everything that we needed. Getting to the actual hotel is a little weird since it's kind of behind other buildings. Other than that, it was what we needed.

The hotel was a great location off I-75 easy access to everything. Unimpressed with the bed's comfort and the bathroom's aesthetics but overall it was a great stay.

I wanted to find an affordable place to stay for a week in Naples. I planned on spending most of my time enjoying the city, so wasn't looking for a hotel with a lot of amenities. I was very satisfied with my experience. The room was quite clean and had all the basics, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had some issues with the plumbing, but they were quick to help out. The free wifi was pretty fast and worked consistently. The breakfast isn't great, but there are a lot of nearby restaurants and even a Walmart less than 5 minutes away if you want to just get something for yourself. I had a room with a fridge & microwave so I bought a week's supply of breakfast food. The location is incredibly convenient to I-75 and is 15 minutes or so from downtown Naples.

I had just gotten back to the hotel late Saturday afternoon and was resting up to go out for a dinner engagement when the power and lights went out for the next two hours. Other than having to walk down three flights of stairs and sitting in a dimly lighted lobby ... My stay was okay.

Staff always friendly and welcoming and the wifi works well.

LaQuinta was clean for the most part, but some little things have gotten old and therefore look a bit dirty - like rust on the hook behind the shower door and things like that. Also, you can't open the windows, so the room was stuffy. The staff was nice enough, though we were denied a late checkout. It was a little pricey for what you got, though the room had a nice and comfy bed as well as a microwave and fridge. TV worked fine. Not as close to Downtown Naples as we would have liked, but was convenient for golf nearby. There was a Cracker Barrel right next door, so that was good for breakfast. We didn't use the pool since it was too cold out, but it was kind of in the parking lot.

Took my girlfriend to Naples for my first visit and this location was excellent! Close enough to beach and the hot spots of Naples without being gird locked in traffic. the hotel was well run and very clean and attractive our room was excellent. I will be returning later this year perhaps for a longer stay for sure.

Hotel is conveniently located and easy to get around to nearby restaurants etc. Clean rooms and small pets welcome.

This hotel seems to do everything right. No more, no less. Everything looks perfect. We have been to a lot of hotels, this one is on the top. Plus the price is very reasonable.

From arrival to departure all we could think about was getting home to shower. Upon arrival we had to change rooms because of a disturbing smell. Next room we were placed in was clean but later discovered it had mini ants crawling EVERYWHERE! We notified the front desk and they responded that the weather caused the ants. The hotel was full of animal hair. It felt like a pet hotel...odor...barking..etc. The breakfast was set up nicely but avoid the coffee and tasteless waffles. Pool was warm but full of leaves. We have stayed in La Quintas before...and they were not like this one. Very disappointing.

Good priced hotel but room reeked of smoke. Hotels should not be able to list their hotels as non-smoking properties when in a past life smoking was allowed. Carpets, drapes mattresses, etc must all be replaced to eradicate the smoke smell. Unfortunately this was not done at this La Quinta.

Pros:Room was very clean, nice continental breakfast, good price for the summer Cons: dogs, dogs and more dogs barking A/C thermostat not accurate, dark and hot hallways , seedy clientele - did not feel safe plus side doors state they are locked 24/7 found unlocked most of the time.

I was dissppointed with the hard beds and the lack of vaccum cleaning in the room, the beds were just tucked in and that to me wasn't enough. I have stayed at other La Quinta's with better outcomes. My mother went to return the cart down stairs and the front desk, asked my mom, to accomodate it better, seriously??? I informed another front desk about having syrup on the elavator, and two hours later, it was still unclean.

Our stay was very short, but perfect for the location and the amenities

Great. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. The coffee machine was always available. The room service made sure the room was clean everyday. Next to a few fast food places (walking distance) right on I75. I visited the dental clinic and it is about 10 mins from the hotel. There was construction going on when I stayed, but nothing intolerable. Publix is down the road and Walmart and Dollar Tree are nearby and great for picking up the necessities. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your stay. We understand it can get crowded at breakfast and our staff tries very hard to keep the lines moving and the tables available. I am glad to hear that you slept well and we hope to see you again soon. Thank you,
