This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in a gated community on a private golf course, just 3 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. The rental includes a social membership to Kensington Golf and Country Club for a small fee which has swimming, dining, fitness room, tennis, and pickle ball available.
The condo is spacious and well-appointed, with a large living room and a large, screened lanai overlooking the golf course, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are all good size, and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The condo also has a washer and dryer. Condo has full kitchen, 4 televisions, 4 bikes, beach chairs and towels, cable TV and high-speed internet access.
The gated community of Kensington Park is beautifully landscaped. The club offers both casual and formal dining options at the main clubhouse as well as resort style food and beverage service adjacent to the pool. Also, members have access to a wide array of club amenities including an Olympic sized heated swimming pool with cabanas, seven Har-Tru tennis courts, four Pickleball courts, two Bocce courts, state-of-the-art fitness center including a Pilates studio.
Golfing on the private Kensington Golf Course is available from May through October. Kensington Golf & Country Club is a Scottish links-style course featuring many water hazards but only a few trees coming into play on most holes. Naples Condo March 2024
We stayed for the month of March 2024 in the condo at Kensington. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the water and golf course were spectacular from the lanai. My friends and family really enjoyed the amenities at the club including the pool, pickle ball, tennis and the work out center. The host was very responsive to our requests and check in and check out were a breeze!!
