Elegant loft in the Chiaia area, modern, central, and comfortable. Ideal apartment for two people in the Chiaia neighborhood. Centrally located in a pedestrian area, you'll be close to the seafront, just steps from the San Carlo Theater and Piazza del Plebiscito. This is a historic building where the poet and writer Eleonor de Fonseca Pimentel once lived, and in the same alley is a famous pizzeria where the Margherita pizza was born! I (Rosa) live in this apartment. When I'm not renting it out, some cabinet doors are locked because they contain personal items. Please do not force them. I'm a musician, and if you are, I'd be happy to let you play my piano. Otherwise, please do not touch it or place anything on it, as it could be damaged. Cooking is NOT permitted on the stovetop, as the kitchen is made entirely of stainless steel and very difficult to clean. However, guests have access to an espresso machine and a hot water kettle, and the area is packed with restaurants, pubs, and bars that also offer home delivery. Upon entering, you enter the spacious and well-organized living room, kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs, you'll find a double bed with goose-down pillows of various textures, and a full bathroom with shower. The apartment is not suitable for children due to stairs and a mezzanine level without child safety features. The maximum occupancy is two!

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a desk, and a dining table.
