Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the condo boasts an open floor plan with soaring 14-foot cathedral ceilings and all the essentials of home. You’ll find a full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, and everything else needed for an easy, carefree stay. The unit comfortably sleeps six and includes a covered carport for your car or bikes, along with additional on-site parking.

Beachwalk offers a serene, lush setting that’s ideal for morning or evening strolls, or for hopping on one of the included bikes and heading straight to the beach. The community amenities are exceptional—enjoy two heated pools, a hot tub, shuffleboard, lighted tennis courts, a fitness room, and an active clubhouse. Just across the street, Pelican Bay Community Park offers walking paths, tennis, and pickleball, with world-class courts under construction and expected to be completed by August or September 2025.

You’re also just minutes from top dining, grocery stores, and shopping. $150 HOA application fee is included in your total reservation cost; the form will be emailed after booking and must be submitted the same day to avoid late processing fees. HOA approval takes approximately two weeks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
