This is a nice hotel with ample parking in downtown St. Helena. Very friendly and helpful staff. Don't look for great scenice vistas, our room looked into a narrow outdoor corridor across from another room. But who needs a view after a day of wine tasting?

Really enjoyed our stay at Wydown. Great hotel all around. Clean rooms, well appointed and modern but not cold. Very comfortable beds, welcoming and very helpful staff. Just an all around great experience. The only downside, at least maybe for some, is that it doesn't have a restaurant or bar onsite. But that I think is outweighed by all the positives and it's right in St Helena so there are tons of options right outside the door. Will definitely be back. They also don't have a gym, but have an agreement with a local one to use if you need to.

Thank you for the review William. Glad the wine helped you look past the lack of scenic views from certain rooms. We are looking to re-design those rooms by removing the corridor to expand the rooms and create an enhanced outdoor view.
