Since we were going to Napa for a wedding and leaving the kids home, I was looking at B and Bs. I didn't love any but found this place! Despite some of the reviews, I called and spoke to the front desk and ended up booking. My wife is a clean freak. Any little bugs or anything out of the ordinary that seems messy or dirty would really bother her. To put things in perspective, She would never ever sleep in a tent. We arrived at 4am due to flight delays and such. It was dark and we were really tired from our travel from New Jersey. Flipped the lights on and immediately noticed how clean it was. She was so happy. The place absolutely was spotless!!! We really enjoyed our stay. Not having to deal with parking in a parking lot, walking through a lobby, possibly an elevator then down a hall way was great. We parked right in front of our little condo and walked right in. Unpacking and packing the car was extremely easy. It was our first trip to Napa and we will definitely be going back. Without a doubt, I will be staying here again. It is located in the perfect spot where you can get downtown in 5 minutes or head right to the vineyards. No traffic st all in the local area. Restaurants are close as well. Everyone has an opinion and I understand that but I couldn't disagree more with the poor reviews. If anything, you will have a hard time believing that this place is so much more affordable than 80% of the other local rates. I had friends that stayed in a hotel at $500 a night!

The tiny house was well laid out, and very comfortable. It was hot in Napa , but AC works great! We had an amazing view , and a great walking trail along it. It was a bit noisy, and the TV's are a bit small. There are kitchens in the unit; but, a restaurant on property would have been nice. Still, the staff gives us two fabulous restaurant recommendations . Both were close and delicious !!

We liked the individual bungalows. Clean and private. We had our own porch that we could sit out and enjoy a glass of wine.

Very quiet even on a busy Napa weekend. Provides nice outdoor amenities and more comfortable and affordable than the big resorts.

Staff were friendly and cottage condo feels bigger than it looks on the outside. The place is super cute and really clean. Everything was basically comfortable but my friends and I kept getting a whiff of #2 in the living room or when entering/ opening the front door from outside. It might have been the individual sewage system since each condo is separate. Otherwise great place for short stay and location in Napa.

For longer stays I can see the appeal of having a small small with a kitchenette. We only stayed one night so it was fine, but don't expect resort/hotel level of amenities. My friend called this a ManHo (manufactured home on wheels), hence the title of the review. There was a shared deck, which in nice weather is a nice feature; also nice is that you park in front of your unit. Families needing to be close together but in separate spaces should consider this.

Great stay other than kids complaining pull-out couch bed was really uncomfortable.

I really did not know what to expect at first. I had never stayed in a wine country cottage. Booked it after looking at the interesting establishments webpage. Arrived, and was welcomed warmly, the grounds looked well taken care of. The rooms were clean and neat, heat was very good,Customer service was excellent. The Wi-Fi was a little quirky, but worked fine. The location is very convenient to everything in Napa. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are very close for goodies. Excellent Mattress and Pillows.

I wish I had read more of the reviews. These are not "cottages" or "suites", they are trailers. While trailers may be fine at the right time and place, the "resort" needs to be honest about what they are advertising. It was a shock to think we were headed to a one bedroom suite, only to learn that our cottage could have also driven us to the hotel. I would not say, "don't stay here". Rather, I would just like to honestly report what this "resort" is selling.

For the price of this, it was fine but it really is a glorified trailer park pretty much. If you're not looking to spend a lot of money then this is a good spot for you.

Yes kids - here's your chance to live the Pennsyltucky dream! Actually, these little trailers are really cute, impeccably clean and located in a leafy, green setting next to the Napa River. Check in was about 2 minutes, check out even quicker. Only place in Napa we could find that would allow a one-night reservation; we'll be back.

Nice location , Friendly staff but definitely not a 4 star hotel. No room service to speak of and when requested after 3 days where informed the staff was off. Asked for sweet and low and where told they where out. So in a 5 night stay bed was made up once and towels where brought only once. It would have been nice to have been forewarned in the description that this was more like a cabin in the woods experience.

The staff was very friendly. However, the location and room weren't what I was hoping for. Next time, I will pay more for a better hotel and/or better location.

Very cool concept with an accomadating staff. The "cabins" are cute and comfortable for the most part. The cabin heat and hot water are run on propane and the smell was overwhelming at times.

We stayed here with my sister and brother-in-law. We each had our own little "cottage". It was quiet and very well kept. The cottages are equipped with wine glasses (you are in wine country), and other kitchen items that we didn't need but if we stayed longer, they would have come in handy.

I never stayed in small trailers before as a hotel option but I would go back. They were private and each had it's own living room and kitchen. All had their own porch with furniture. The insides were very clean and well stocked with everything from wine glasses to cooking essentials (used the wine glasses...but opted to eat out during our stay). It has a few hot tubs and a very nice pool area. A nice option for the price.

I only stayed here for one night, but it seems like a great place to go on a 4 day to a week vacation. You have a kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals, and the cottage itself is very cozy. Each one has its own private deck, and our unit backed up to the river. Overall a very nice place. Great continental breakfast too!

The location is great, the cottage is like a little house, perfect if you want to relax.

Grounds and units are well-maintained. The units are private and the place is quiet. My experience with the staff: one hit and three misses. The "misses" included spotty housekeeping and a put-upon attitude by the desk staff. The hit was a thoughtfull call the night before we left. Also, there is an $8-$10/day Resort Fee that is listed here, but not prominently so.

This hotel was unique and cute. My only complaint is that the gym doesnt open until 7 so that eliminates early bird workouts.
