The hotel and rooms are Clean, spacious and comfortable. Adequate parking for guests.

Good hotel but we could hear footsteps from room above us. Basic breakfast that was good. Space for breakfast was crowded when we got there. Overall close to where we were visiting and decent price.

For the price it was decent and clean and the breakfast was OK. The location was convenient Too.

It is like a fancy motel 6. Bed is comfortable. Room is not quiet you can hear everyone walking, and when someone takes a shower it is very loud.

Nobody was using the swimming pool while we were there and I am guessing it was because of the sign by the door to the swimming pool that mentioned that if you have had diarrhea in the past few days, do not use the pool. I actually didn't see the sign since I was focusing on opening the door, however, my husband told me about it. Strange sign unless they've had a recent problem. The pool looked clean, however, the sign was disconcerning, so we didn't use the pool. As we were getting into the hot tub, there was another couple in it, and they told us to watch our footing because we would feel the grate on the bottom of the hot tub. I stumbled just as they told me, and the grate was very sharp. It felt like it was missing a cover. This is very dangerous. The room was clean, staff pleasant, and the location was great. Don't count on breakfast. My husband went down early to get us something and he came back with a black banana and a yogurt, that was it. We didn't stop by for breakfast the rest of the days we were there. I really wanted to go swimming, so that was the biggest minus for me.

Rooms were nice and updated. Breakfast was of the same quality that I would prepare for myself at home. Fitness center was just treadmills and not really useful. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice to swim in. Hair dryer was outdated and my girlfriend wasnt able to style her hair the way she would have liked to as a result.

Stayed here for a night. Great price and clean. We did find ants around our sink. Not sure where they came from.

The hotel is very close to Napa downtown (3 min by Car). Excellent price benefit... the staff gave us an excellent service and was very very kind...

Conveniently located 1 mile from down town. A Close to nice dinning

Nice stay at this hotel! Staff, size of room, breakfast, location were all very good! Would have been great if the Jacuzzi was working.

Hotel hot tub has been down since earthquake about a year ago? seems it should be fixed by now. Hair dryer in room broke.

A pool and hot tub are featured in all of their pictures and they have been drained and out of order for months but are not telling anyone when they are booking.

I would have reconsidered whether to stay there had I known.

The staff was nice and helpful, hot breakfast was 9 from 1-10, rooms are ok, but they need some furniture upgrade, pool was closed due to repairs, and according to the staff, it won't be ready until sometime in August. It's located close to Downtown and their price is reasonable for what you get.

The price and location worked for us. The breakfast was a nice plus.

Great hotel but disappointed that the pool was not available

Rooms are nice, clean and relatively quiet. The front rooms are close to the road so some small noise, but covered by the ac fan. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was as expected. The lower rating on the facilities was due to the pool, spa, and fitness room being under repair and unavailable. Didn't know this at the time of booking. This is my second stay at this facility and both have otherwise been positive.

We wanted a good hotel for our wine tasting trip. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Well worth the money

Good value for hotel close to downtown. We stayed here on the weekend of the Napa Valley Film Festival and all other hotels downtown were full. Clean and quiet. Amenities are good: indoor pool and jacuzzi, small exercise room and hot breakfast.

Great staff who really go out of their way to help you. Loved the tea and cookies in the lobby. The room was clean, although a bit noisy in the morning for two people who wanted to sleep in. It was a combination of noise from guests as well as the noise from the road, which was much busier than i expected. I know that it's Napa, but we felt the price we paid for what we got was kind of off, given our room was 200 a night. The hotel was a very short drive from oxbow market and the river walk area which was awesome.
