Andaz Napa - a concept by Hyatt

When you pay over $300 for 1 weeknight at the Andaz you should expect to get a good nights rest. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for us! The room was very nice lots of space and amenities but the bed was absolutely terrible and worn out. It was so worn out that it dipped in the middle and my husband and I literally would roll towards the middle, my back was hurting when I woke up.

Great location, nice place! Convenient to everything in Napa.

Awesome friendly and helpful staff. We got to check in early, and complimentary glasses of wine were offered at check in. The room was perfect and the bathroom was beautiful. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks in the room were complimentary as well. The lobby has a great little bar with a cozy atmosphere for relaxing after a long day and listening to live music. This will be our go to place in Napa from now on.

Had a lovely time during my stay. Friendly staff & excellent service.

We loved the hotel and the people and the location was perfect. Our hotel room was comfortable but a little noisy as far as street traffic. Our room was in the front of the hotel and you could hear things going on outside during the night so that woke us up a couple of times. Also, we were surprised that there was no pool.

This hotel had a great location, very comfortable bed, and they gave us a room upgrade without us having to ask. Our only complaint would be about the staff - they were not super friendly, did not tell us that part of the food in the room was complementary. Ironically, since they didn't tell us that, we didn't touch the bar or food, but were charged anyway. They reversed the fee when I caught it and complained, but it didn't feel like a smooth experience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but would warn that the service isn't fantastic.

Upon check in we were greeted by a friendly staff. A glass of wine while checking in was a nice touch. The breakfast was good but very expensive compared to all other places in down town napa and slow too. The rooms and location were perfect.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is also very nice and the rooms are comfortable.

Hotel and staff were good, but I was really disappointed as to the location. It is in the heart of downtown Napa, but downtown Napa is "dead". St. Helena and Calistoga are way better locations. Also the price does not reflect the overall value.

Enjoyed everything about this hotel! Loved the staff the water given in the lobby and the shower heads are great!!!

The rooms, lounge and staff were top notch. For our first trip to Napa this was beyond our expectations.

Clean, modern, convenient location in the Center of Napa. King loft room had a nice sitting area. Loved the full gym membership that was part of the amenities. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. Tasting wine around the fire pit on the terrace each night was a relaxing way to end each day.

Great hotel in downtown Napa! Quick overnight trip with friends. 2nd floor deck with fire pits is great for late night hangout in the cold! The non-traditional check-in process is a little clumsy with iPads but the free glass of wine upon arrival while you wait more than makes up for it!

This is the four time staying here, and although we liked it the previous times, it's getting tired. No matter what type of room we booked, we seemed to be designated the same room in the corner overlooking the outdoor fire pit. Sadly the toilet looked sad this time round- the stool in the shower cubicle has gone through too much and the room itself lacked soul. The bath linen was not even worthy of a 4-star hotel and every time we come, there are fewer and fewer amenities in the toilet. It's time to move on. And move on, we will.

We had a very good experience, great location, great staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was great, and parking was free. The decor of the hotel, rooms, restaurant were all great. Room service was very good and reasonable. The snack and nonalcoholic bevarages in the minibar are complimentary! I would recommend this place to family and friends in a heartbeat.

Stayed in the suite which was pretty nice, the hotel was preparing a full bar at a small deck, and once that is done, it is superb.

We stayed here after we got engaged a couple of years ago and recently stayed for our 1st wedding anniversary. Hotel service was excellent as usual. Our room was very comfortable and spacious! We enjoyed a free wine tasting and were able to walk to local restaurants in town. Very convenient!

My wife and I stayed here Presidents Day weekend with our best friends from Seattle. We had a nice room (#335) and our friends had a very tiny room, only half the size of ours (#242). It was so small you almost had to turn sideways to maneuver through the room. For almost $200 a night it was a lousy room and probably the smallest in the hotel. I personally did not think it fair that they charge the same rate for a standard room as they did for tiny room # 242.

Avia is a nice, new modern hotel in the middle of downtown napa. It was a quick weekend getaway for my husband and me, and the Avia was a great choice and a great price point. I'd definitely stay there again.
