Beds were comfortable and room was clean. A couple of issues: 1. Room didn’t have a “do not disturb” sign, which meant that housekeeping staff knocked on the door 3x while my kid was trying to sleep. 2. When I went to breakfast, all hot items were nearly empty and staff had just noticed. “It’ll be 10-15 minutes.” Not impressive.
The location was convenient and the staff was friendly and hard working. The beds were comfortable and the rooms and hotel were very clean. However, this location needs repairs and remodelling. Ventilation is terrible in the pool area and dangerously slippy because of it basically its like sitting in the hottest sauna continually. The gym floor is slippy because of the pool ventilation issue. Our hot water went out but they did repair it the next day after multiple requests. Our keys kept not working and had to be reprogrammed. The maintenance crew was friendly but clearly overworked. Pictures on site are not up to date. There are numerous wallpaper patches and tears, broken tiles and worn out finishes in the room. We were missing a lamp. Rooms also have ventilation issues as well felt damp in room continually.
Trash, i couldn't even wash my kids i. There it was so dirty. Disgusted
