We had our items stolen from our room by housekeeping. Hotel staff and management were unhelpful, discourteous and did not take our concerns and complaints seriously.
We called for a wake up call that never came. Shampoo and soap dispenser didn’t work in the bathroom. Way over priced for the quality of the hotel.

The location is very good. The room is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
We had to wait for hours until we got the room, when every time we were told that the room was a high priority for cleaning but still not ready, we entered the rooms at 6 o'clock instead of 3 o'clock as promised by the contract . The linens were not clean. The food was very good. M

Well located hotel, used to be modern and grand, beautiful reception but run down halls and elevators, not so clean and with very bad WiFi
Hotel was overbooked and they ended up putting us in the apartments which was not a 5 star property and was 2 blocks away from the main building
For starters they didn’t have a room for us after we prepaid. And we notified the hotel we would arrive late and they sent us an email confirming we were checked in. Then then they gave us a shady apartment to stay. When we checked in, it took forever because the concierge was busy flirting. They ended up giving us a room after the first night but it was such an inconvenience to have to unpack and pack back up.
For Dutch norms it is a good hotel. Compared to 5 star hotels in other countries , the rooms are more 3-4 star. Breakfast however is very good and worth the extra.
