The hotel had beautiful rooms and a great staff. We had a great meal sitting outside overlooking the water.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was clean and the view was very pretty. It was very quiet which was what I was looking for when I planned this trip. My only complaint was the shower head in the bathroom. It was very hard to control to find a temperature I liked. The spray was not as I preferred but the room was clean so it’s not the worst. I will definitely stay here again

Room was great. View was great. Pool was great. But the bed was the worst thing I have slept on in a hotel ever. So bad.

Great location, beautiful view of the river. Easy access to restaurant and bar. Staff was very pleasant, nice rooms and it was fairly quiet. The hotel is on the older side, but still cozy and comfortable. Overall would recommended and stay there again.

While the Inn is an ideal scenic location, after many rounds of ownership, it still has not capitalized on this versus competing lodging within Mystic. While the fireplaces / duraflames are a nice touch in premium rooms, the absolutely disturbing creaking sound the in-wall Amana heater units make (note: Room 157) and then be told that maintenance would not be able to repair even after the holiday, disappointing. The "Finding Nemo" shaped shelf showers are interesting, but not necessary. Please don't call dry cereal in cookie jars free continental breakfast. You are a block away from a Starbucks, not free, but you know it's breakfast.

The view was incredible. Very friendly atmosphere.

Very nice place top stay, quiet and comfortable, and convenient to the Mystic Seaport Museum. The 21 Rock Restaurant on the property was also excellent. They had entertainment there which we really enjoyed as well as the food. Only 1 criticism - the bathtub was very slippery and we had we be quite care ful to avoid falling; however we easily worked around that. We do plan to stay there if we go to Mystic again.

The inn was charming and quiet. Loved the room because it had a fire place. The complimentary breakfast had quite the selection. This place was just right for the price. I would return!

It was very close to downtown.... we only stayed one night, perfect for the night. Awesome view!!!

We loved that the room had a balcony with the best view in the city. We loved the restaurant on location (Rock 21). The beds were so comfy, the rooms were spacious. Everything was just wonderful.

The room was comfy and cozy. The inn is a nice, quaint place to stay in Mystic! It had everything we were looking for.

Needs to be updated, over priced , very minimal breakfast with few choices

Oh, man! Does this place need an overhaul. The carpet and upholstered furniture were disgusting! Not just in need of cleaning, I’m talking, “no bare feet here” and “I’m not sitting there in clean clothes”. I went to turn on the bedside light and the socket and bulb were hanging from the top! They have a lovely setting but all Charm is lost once you cross the threshold

The rooms were very clean but not decorated nice at all. The balconies were filthy this is the only property I've ever stayed at that does not have laundry facilities. The restaurant was just okay, I just hoping so maybe it'll get better. The staff was okay but one of them incompetently charged not only the card I gave them for payment but also the credit card I gave 2 guarantee the reservation months ago.
