Rooms were small and were never cleaned and restocked. The pool was aweful and in need of remodeling. Best part was the Indian restaurant on site. Amazing food and service there.

Great convenient place to stay. Room was bigger & cleaner that what I expected. Staff & room service was great & it was all for a good price.

The hotel is due for an update, but the room is clean and will meet your needs for an overnight stay. Compared to the Hilton - the water pressure is much better and the heater isn't as noisy. Plus there is a full length mirror. The hallway smells like a mix of weed and curry-hence the adjoining Indian restaurant.

Very disappointed! Hotel was dirty and run down. Definitely not worth the price!

room had been remodeled in the last few years. Heater had a tricky switch. The heater made loud whining noises. it was clean; had refrigerator, microwave, and coffee make + free wifi.

Clean and updated hotel, good for the price close to alot of restaurants and stores. The Free breakfast is the only downside, pretty bland.

Where to start... The hotel felt old and dingy. The water pressure in the shower was a joke. There are certainly not enough outlets in the room and the alarm clock did not even work. The booklets that are in the room and for your information where grimy and sticky and looked old. There was no guide of any sorts for the TV. At least the room seemed clean enough but the last day our bed seemed just kind of tossed together. It was also very noisy, especially the last night, with what we assumed where kids running around most of the evening and a dog barking.

My stay was very enjoyable! The room was clean and everything was comfortable! The staff were very nice and accommodating!!

The room was average. Did not like that the sink for bathroom use was located outside of the bathroom area and right next to a bed without a dividing wall. Did enjoy the breakfast that was included in the cost of the room.

Left something in the fridge and called to get it back. Manager was very accommodating and even called back to inform me that it must have been thrown out.

Ramada needs to invest in rehabilitating this building. The bathtub was stained, perhaps from mineral stains, the bathroom ceiling was damaged and falling apart, the floors in the corridor were soft and yielding underfoot, windows were cracked and held together with packaging tape, and the exterior walls looked generally old and worn with chipped and missing paint and insulation coming out of some walls. The staff was good and everything else met expectations.

the rooms were vey clean the staff was very helpful I would recommend

A little dated overall very good breakfast was always hot and good .Nice value for the money.

The staff was very courteous and nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. All areas were clean and quiet.

Enjoy staying at the Ramada Groton, my preference when traveling to Connecticut.

The first room I was assigned had a damp bathroom floor, but when it was mentioned to the desk person, they immediately gave me another room. The staff are friendly and courteous.

For the price, its hard to beat. I stay here every time I take a trip to Foxwoods. A short 15 minute drive away. Rooms are nothing crazy but not bad. Bathrooms could be better. Close to good dinning. Staff is nice. Will continue to return.

Hotel was fine for our needs, and much more affordable than staying at a casino hotel.

Great stay...close to Mystic...we stayed for two nights and explored the area... The room was very clean.

I think the Ramada was a very great hotel! I will be staying there again!
