People and staff are great! The units are older, however the people make up for it!

Nothing. I will never go there again. Staff is very unprofessional. Didn’t get the correct room because of the website not being updated. Says it’s pet friendly but if your pet was to breathe the wrong way you heard about it. Pool area and jacuzzi was dirty. I was completely unsatisfied with my visit.

Had property stolen from my room. When I addressed the issue I was told to speak the person that cleaned my room. Of course the person said he didn't take it. Went back to the front desk, the person called the manager at home and he stated he was sleeping and didn't want to talk to me. This is at 11am. Time shouldn't matter when you're in a management position. It gets worse, they said call the cops and make a report and told me don't leave valuable items in the room. Obviously their staff isn't trustworthy. Then my boyfriend addressed the issue. The staff didn't want to deal with the issue anymore and was told they were going to call the cops because they they never had any one steal before. The service was completely unacceptable

This is an old school hotel, restaurant, conference center type property. Shows its age in places, but our room was very nice and the staff were super friendly

Pool had a lot of chlorine we left the pool early because our eyes were getting irritated. Not bad for just an over night stay

Floor had not been swept or mopped. Still food under chair. Door on inside of room was peeling apart at the bottom room 133. Pool and hot tub area looks like the ceiling is falling apart. Not clean, would not stay here again.

Good for a quick stay after casino. Seemed like a clean hotel

The bald man at the front desk with glasses needs to learn manners. Deserves ZERO STARS He was so Effin rude and called me to tell me my dogs were barking. He THREATENED to kick me out of the hotel. I told him this was odd because my dogs usually don't bark so he needed to check for himself first before calling me and threatening to kick me out. He went to check the room and guess what???? They weren't barking. So before you call people and making accusations you should go check on the situation first instead of just going by what another person is saying. I will never again stay at this hotel or any other of the hotels from this chain. I'm a travel nurse and stay at hotels very often. This company needs to learn manners and respect and value customers. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Don't stay here.

We choose this property because it had a pool & free breakfast but when we checked in the pool was out of order and no breakfast

Hotel is being renovated we got an old room. Looking forward to the new ones!

Alrhough the lobby was under renovation when we arrived, the staff was friendly and inviting. The room smelled a bit like someone had smoked pot in there right before we arrived but it didnt bother me. The bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was nice and relaxing that night. The breakfast the next morning was decent. No eggs, or hot foods except for waffles but it did the job it was meant to. The indian resturant attached was dead, not sure how they stay open, we just went down to visit the bar there fkr a bit. Didnt use the pool, the hot tub downstairs looked outdated and unusable and some other thing there felt outdated as well but it was an okay stay.

Deplorable conditions & filthy. The staff was awful....bed bugs & room smelled of urine.

We arrived 10 minutes before check in. They tried to place my husband and I and our two kids in a smoking room. I booked a non smoking room. The manager was extremely rude, and continued to complain that we arrived 10 minutes early. Although I stood there for 20 minutes checking in. He kept telling me I booked a smoking room and he had no non smoking rooms to put us in, even though I showed him our booking. After almost half hour of arguing with him, I told him to cancel our stay and we would go else where. Apparently when I said that a non smoking room magically appeared. We arrived at our room on the second floor. The dresser has what looked like old milk spilled across the side of it. The fridge was leaking. There was a small deck outside, small enough for kids. While my kids were standing on it, looking down at the pool (with my husband having his hands on both of them) a board fell when my son was holding onto it. When I told the manager he said “they shouldn’t have been playing out there” but he didn’t want to hear what I was trying to say. The WiFi was absolutely terrible, so was the breakfast. Absolutely terrible stay. Never again will I stay here.

Staff was very friendly and efficient!! Hotel is dated, but very clean. And, I am very particular!!

we are sorry you were disappointed with your stay. the hotel does have specific policies regarding pets. these are designed so that all staying with us enjoy themselves. these policies are displayed on booking websites but it is always advisable to contact the hotel directly prior to your stay regarding making sure the hotel is aware you are brining a pet. thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us.

Dear Anonymous...Thank you for taking the time to do your review. The accusation you made and addressed in your review was taken seriously by hotel personnel. Management was briefed on the matter immediately. It was the hotel's wish (although not yours) that the police be contacted so that a thorough investigation of such a serious accusation could be undertaken by the appropriate legal authorities.
