Very good overall stay...and that about says it all.

This was our second time staying at the Hyatt. Hotel staff super friendly, check in was a breeze. Complimentary breakfast was nice, we walked in after the scheduled breakfast times and we're still able to have breakfast. Employee working breakfast bar was very friendly. They had run out of coffee and she replaced it quickly!!! Great place great staff!!! Will definitely stay there again!!

great time, spent 2 nights. Close to shoreline and harbor in new london. Hotel staff recommended a ferry cruise to see the light houses in long island sound.

Easy check in. Convenient to mohegan sun. Shuttle drivers friendly. Shuttle bus small, felt like a sardine in a can. Free breakfast was so so.

reasonably priced clean hotel close to casino, highway, stores and restaurants

The food is good. the staff is helpful and the stay in general was good. Only complaint would be a slightly lumpy mattress which did not interfere with sleep. I thought the prices of the snack items at the desk was a bit high. The shuttle service to the casino was really nice and convenient.

The staff was great at this hotel. They were friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them. Rooms were clean & spacious. The decor was up to date making the room feel homey. The beds, however, were not very comfortable. My husband & I woke up the next morning feeling rather unrested. Both of our Fitbits showed restless activity throughout the night as we tossed & turned. That aside, I was happy with room & stay. The bedding was soft, clean & pillows were fluffy. The pool looked a bit grimy around the edges, but the kids did not seem to care. There was a loose filter grate on the deck that my 4 year son stepped on causing his leg to fall in. We notified staff of the problem & they responded with concern & called maintainance. The hotel Wifi was horrible- it was slow and spotty the entire time making it frustrating when we were searching for local dining and attractions. Breakfast was good- especially liked the biscuit sandwiches, which you don't get at many hotels with the free buffet. Overall, there was a decent selection and enough tables to sit at. Free newspapers were a plus.

We needed a room to stay after watching a concert in Mohegan Sun arena. This hotel is very modern looking with excellent decor. This strikes you upon entering the lobby. They have a cafe with Starbucks coffee in the lobby. We got in past midnight so we were not able to check this out. The room was very big. We stayed in the room with a king bed. They have a couch that can sleep 2-3 people since it was huge, occupying one wall. Free continental breakfast in the morning had excellent selection. ( Fruits, waffles, eggs , sausage, cereal, oatmeal, bagels ) . We were 2 ladies who felt very safe in this hotel. Patrons included families with small children and no suspicious looking individuals in the property. Look no further for a place to stay in the area!!!

the room was a great size, very clean. the free shuttle service to the casino was also great, the free breakfast in the morning was not just a continental breakfast, it also included eggs and sausage. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to go to the casino without spending a ton of money!

My husband and I stayed here recently and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the staff was friendly. It was also convenient to the casino. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely experience. The breakfast was very good also. Convenient to the casino. We will be back.

Very close to Mohegan Sun. Nice indoor pool. 25 min away from Mystic. Morning breakfast was nice.

Great stay, only negative is breakfast wasn't the greatest. But room and hotel staff made up for it

Nice, comfortable, spacious room that's very conveniently located near Mohegan sun without having to pay the expensive room rates to stay at the Mohegan sun resort

This was my 2nd time staying at the hotel and I have enjoyed it immensely both times. Unlike the first time I stayed in the room by myself and was a good time. Close to Mohegan and in my opinion a much better value than staying at Mohegan's hotel.

Hotel price was good! Place was dirty. NEVER AGAIN!

Stayed here for a night hotel was very pretty and staff was great! Only a mile and a half from Mohegan sun. Great location excellent hotel!

The hotel was in great proximity to Mohegan Sun and was fine just for sleeping. Their were limited toiletries and the hair dryer was broken but the staff did replace one immediately upon letting them know. The bathroom shower had an old slimy rubber bath mat which made showering unpleasant and my daughter would not shower because of it. The free continental breakfast could use some work. The coffee was not good and the eggs were dry.
