They need to add disability accessable bathrooms. Otherwise hotel was great

There was used bottle water and cups in the fridge

This was a friendly, welcoming hotel with very nice staff. Room was a bit dated and had some rundown spots, and we were disappointed that our "suite" was really one large room (though it was very spacious), with no privacy divider. We loved the coffee and cookies in the lobby, and the pool was great. Also good was the mini-fridge with extra large freezer where we could put our ice packs. The hotel was quiet and seemed to be well run overall.

Convenient location off the highway. A literal 5 minute walk to the Mustic Aquarium. Friendly staff, clean. Ask for one of the remodel rooms. Pool is clean. Late check out at noon is nice.

I loved the hotel because almost all locations I went to was either walking distance or 1 mile or less of a drive. I did have 1 bad experience where people were rude. I do not understand what was so hard about saying good morning, other than that the staff was nice and great fresh clean towels and soap every day.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was great. Definitely in need of remodeling since carpet and curtains are outdated. Water pressure was low and pool water wasn't clean.

I love this hotel, I stay here every time I come to Mystic. Location is perfect-right across the street from Mystic Village and the hotel is attached to the Mystic Diner which has fabulous food morning noon and night! The have a clean indoor pool. The staff , everyone of them are the nicest most helpful people, from the front desk to the cleaning women and men!! I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

Staff was efficient and friendly, had a quick check-in.

We stayed in one of the 5 person rooms and it was fine. The pull out couch was not very comfortable, but the beds were fine. Overall, the room could use an update, but it was clean. It is my understanding that they are renovating the rooms, but haven't gotten to this one yet. The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The room was awesome. It was spacious, clean, large, and usually not found in hotels but this one had great water pressure in the shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also showing your room card got you a discount at certain places. The pool was a little cloudy the first two times we swam in it. We were going to go on our third night but it was closed for cleaning. We come back in the 20 minutes and people were swimming, I was told someone pooped in the pool. We didn't swim again. I maintain a high school pool in Ma and as far as I know the pool has to be hyperchlorinated and closed for 13 to 26 hrs. A guest told me that it was poop not an employee. Normally I don't fill this out but I was worried about my 8 year old son and my wife.

We needed a place to stay overnight at Mystic while visiting area attractions, and this hotel fit the bill. The room was pretty good, the beds nice and firm, and the location was perfect.

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean but dated . Mold in bath tub surround

The hotel could use a little upgrades. The hall ways were very warm. The toilet in our room would constantly run on its own. The air conditioner in the room you had no way to adjust the vents.

Staff were great - in fact one staff member was on her way out the door heading home and literally put down her purse and coat and stayed to help us. The pool was clean and well attended with towels. Unfortunately we only found out toward the end of our trip that we got one of the rooms (Queen Suite) that wasn't renovated - if we had known, we would have asked for a different room (the renovated ones were beautiful, fyi!). There was absolutely zero light from outside - just a ton of lamps -the single window was frosted and backed up to the diner next door. The crumpled sheets on the pull-out bed had blood stains on them - the desk and housekeeping staff were apologetic. The room was damp, we killed a water bug. Bathroom was grimy - dark, stained shower and tiles. The internet connection was terrible - wanted to have a movie night with the kids our last night but couldn't stream anything because the connection was bad. Provided our feedback at check-out. They were apologetic - said the blood stains were unacceptable and that the manager would be in contact with us. Have heard nothing...

Well worth the cost. Convenient and quiet. Decor a bit dated.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available for our late-evening check-in on the first day, and were always amicable and interested in giving advice about local attractions. This hotel no only allows pets but welcomes them. There is a nice area in the back to walk your dogs and there are bags for their business if you've run out of your own. Unlike other hotels that allow pets you can tell that the people here clean up after their pets and the hotel staff takes care of the rest. You've never in danger of stepping on any dog mines.

Nice spacious room with very comfortable beds but we didn't have enough hot water for two people to shower without running out

Clean, excellent location, less expensive than the high end hotels. Great diner next door for breakfast.

We were very please with our stay here. Great location... Very clean and friendly! Can't wait to come back with the kids, they will live the indoor pool! This hotel exceeded my expectations and for a great price.

Great little get away for the family during February vacation!! Kids enjoyed the pool!!

thank you for letting us know about your stay. I do apologize the room you stayed in is not a suite. it is an oversized room with a pull out sofa.
