Hotel was ok for the money. Needs alot of updating and the wi-fi is very sketchy and doesn't work much of the time. We basically just slept there

I love Indians in general The staff looked like a hard working Indian family. What I liked: The room was clean Friendly overnight stuff Perfect location Great price What's I didn't like Housekeeping staff were staying since 10am next to my window knocking my door every 20 mins and we said we don't need anything and we're leaving at 11am but they still kept knocking and asking .... + the whole family of the houskeeoing woke with kids playing right in front of our window making so much noise and starring at the tricking window that I couldn't open I made a complaint and left 0 $ tip but I have to say that I always leave good tip and this time I didn't. I still feel bad about it but I rated it 3 stars cause it's a good place to stay for a great price

The hotel was decent for the price. We was expecting the worst from the look of the outside, but the room was ok.

No towels on arrival. When towels were brought after request, there were 3 bath and face towls for two people and no wash cloths. One of the bath towels appeared to have a coffee stain. Walked outside to office to get replacement towel and wash cloths. The second day, only two bath and face towels were left with only one wash cloth, again for two people. The tub was missing the hand bar making a shower dangerous so it was avoided. The second day, the beds were left unmade and trash cans were not emptied. Also, a bug was found crawling across my suitcase. The carpet was not visibly dirty but after walking around the room while wearing white socks, the bottoms of the socks were found to be very dirty. While alarm clock, ironing board and iron were promised (and advertised on the sign, none were to be found. Continental breakfast was also promised but since the orange juice machine was out of order, we had to eat out both mornings as we were told that it would not be fixed by the second morning. Not having an electrical outlet by the bed was very inconvenient, particularly since we needed to use the cell phone (and charger) as an alarm clock. The bathroom door was coming apart. This motel does not speak well for Orbirz recommendations.

No towel. When we got them some were soiled. Bathroom door was so destroyed that it would not close. Room! Was not made up for second night stay. Blanket was very soiled bed had to be remade first night before it could be used.

This was the most disgusting place ever. The staff was rude. The room reaked of old cigarettes and smelled like someone farted all day everyday in it, the chairs we're stained, the blankets had holes in them.,paint was peeling off the ceiling, the toilet leaked, the window was broken. An all around dump. Do not ever stay here. If u can't find another hotel close find one a little farther away you will be glad

everything about this stay was excellent except for the woman inthe front office.she was uneccessarily rude.

room is very dated and smelled...wifi was weak..bkfst was a joke....asked for non smoking...was refused...but location is perfect for casino's

room was worn and tired but mostly clean..wifi didn't work..bkfast was coffee...and ceral with no milk...but..location is near casino's.. and it was cheap

The place is closed to Casinos but the facilities are old and is not worth the price you pay.

The blankets were stained and worn. The location was really good. Just a little ways off of the interstate. They only offered shampoo and soap, not the usual conditioner and hair covering. Overall it was barebones and for the price was just OK. The walls were thin. You could hear thru the walls and every time there was a flush. The air conditioner worked well.

When I booked this room- I made sure I clicked on non-smoking. Not only do I hate the smell of cigarette smoke, I am also pregnant, so this was important to me. My husband and I were really just looking for a place to sleep after a show at Foxwoods. We were not looking for anything special, just clean and relatively comfy…however when we arrived, the first room we were given smelled so horrible of smoke and had an ashtray present in the room. When we went back to the desk, the girl tried to help us and brought a can of air freshener into the room and said this was all she could do. We asked for a room switch, since we had requested a smoke free room, and she told us that since we reserved online, there is no guarantee for a smoke free room. She did, however, give us another room 2 doors down, which smelled SLIGHTLY less, but still smelled of smoke. The best way I can describe this room is simply by using the word skeevy. It just felt dirty. The carpet was gross, stains on the chairs, cigarette burns in the blankets, paint chipping on the walls, toilet paper holder falling off wall, toilet seat chipped and gross, honestly, just dirty. And I'm not a picky person. When you feel the need to inspect the sheets for bugs and other gross stuff before you turn in for the night, there is a problem. In addition, they only gave us 2 (one for each of us) incredibly flat uncomfortable pillows, so I woke up about 10 times during the night with a crick in my neck. Also, the A.C. whirred and hummed this unnatural broken sound and it was hard to fall asleep. All in all, would NEVER return…we couldn't wait to just get out of there.

We stayed overnight in preparation for the Spartan race the following day. It was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was simply. Walmart and dining options are close by

The cheapest motel within 20 minutes of Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos. The motel itself is rather ordinary, but at an average cost of $44/night for a two week stay, I can't recommend it enough for those avid poker players who want a cheap, extended stay to play at Foxwoods. The rooms come with a mini-fridge and a microwave oven, plus a regular coffee maker. The motel is 2 minutes from Walmart and Stop and Shop, so you can cut your cost even more by buying your food at the market and eating in. I wouldn't recommend this motel for a family, but for a single or a couple who are in the area for relaxation at a pool or spa, then it's value is hard to beat.

girl friend was upset I booked at a place she wasn't familiar with so I got an ear full. her comments were that the place was a lot better than expected and after listening to her continually complain the day before constantly about booking at this place I'll give them a decent rating .for what it was a place to sleep take a shower and stay for about 12 hours it did the trick. the continental breakfast was a joke but it was better than nothing. The office was closed on late night from 1 am to 5 am unfortunately we could have used more pillows when we arrived home late but couldn't get them. But overall I was very happy that it wasn't terrible or I'd still be listening to my girl complain about it.

Shower curtain broken, Sink handles loose. Cont Breakfast was almost non existant and what was there was bad. Light shades badly stained. Would never recommend to anyone.

I needed a place to stay that was affordable, clean, close to my destination, and welcoming. The Flagship Inn definetly satisfied all of my needs!!!!

The hotel sure is lacking in amenities, especially since their complimentary continental breakfast constist of free coffee, but it is a nice inexpensive stay, not too far from the casinos

i asked for non-smoking. the room reeked of smoke. the alarm clock didnt work. the channel pamphlet had the stations all wrong. the hbo guide was 2 months old. the staff was cold and unwelcoming. continental breakfast a joke. was given no guidelines as to where ice machine vending machines etc.. was located. just real impersonal all around

very run down. ppl next door loud and in and out ALL night.. office was not open in the morning for continental breakfast... owners apparently slept in.....
