Escape to Myrtle Beach and enjoy this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the popular Myrtlewood Golf community. Situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access, this condo combines comfort, convenience, and a perfect location.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths located on the 3rd floor (elevator in the building). Comfortable and specious condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed , 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.
*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
* washer/dryer in the condo.
* Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with fee. Please contact for details.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
*Linens for each bed are provided.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands (6 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 6 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)
*No mailbox for this location.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
