It was a very nice hotel other than the rooms needed redone and there were bed bugs but the pools and arcade was very nice. And was a great location on the beach..

Nice and close to the beach ! Need more elevators

First time staying here. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Restaurant had good food.Very pleasing experience!

I was scared to stay after reviews but here's my thought and hope it helps. You want everything nice and real comfy bed like Hampton inn then this place is NOT for you. If you can handle OK with some stains and rust then this IS worth the money. You right on the beach and beautiful view for good price. Good having restaurant on site with happy hour. No breakfast though. Some things don't work good but has a kitchen in room. Has pool outside and heated and 2 jacuzzis inside. What I would recommend is take sheets off bed and put on couch. Also if can take febreze (is pet friendly hotel)with you and extra sheets and blankets to have more comfy feel on the bed. Too, take coffee filters and coffee, has pot but those not included. Hope that helps you make your decision!

The hotel in its self is a older hotel needs a lot of updates. It was not clean. The shower curtain was nasty. The faucet in the shower looked like it was about to fall off the wall. The carpet is nasty. There was marijuana in a wrap half smoked on the poarch. The mini fridge was rusted and about to fall apart. The pool was not horrible just needed to be cleaned. The hotel itself I felt was nasty overall and I will not stay again.

Really bad smell. Kitchen dirty, plates, cups, silverware in bad conditions and bad smell also. The only one good thing it's that it is close to the beach, oceanfront.

I had a wonderful time with my family, near the pool, near the beach, ocean view, nice room. Close to everything. Definitely would stay there again

We had to park a block from the hotel in the additional parking area that was shared with another hotel.

Good pet friendly hotel. 8 foot pool was nice. Friendly staff and convenient location. Would stay there again.

Rooms and hotel could use some renovation. Rooms were clean despite hurricane matthew damage. Shower water took extremely too long to become warm and had to take cold showers.

Hard to say, I know there were a lot of issues but it was the week after Mathew hit, so trying to be fair. Overall it was pretty good, just one clerk that I had any issues with.

furniture felt wet and smelled mildewy.no daily maid service. found pot pipe under bed proves not cleaned. dresser drawers were mildewy too. HORRIBLE will NOT go back

First the check in process was not pleasant the clerk was rude. The rooms are nasty , not properly cleaned, the carpet felt wet and the rooms had an odor, the paint was chipping and there is mold all over the hotel. For the price that they charge the hotel should have proper upgrades we know where the money is going in the owners pocket and not into the place of business.

Room was oceanfront, not very clean. Our fridge wasn't working, we let the front office staff know on Friday night, they said they would send maintenance right up, we still haven't seen anyone!! No daily housekeeping, we had to track down someone to ask for toilet paper and trash bags. Someone was to come around daily only to change out towels, when that person did that for the one full day we were there he didn't even knock first, just walked right in. Thank goodness we were just eating lunch! The elevators were constantly breaking down. The front office staff were involved in 3 different altercation with different families over different issues, this was all in one weekend!

Awful , horrible! Dont book here, wait until another hotel is available

I flew 1800 miles to Atlanta, to drive 5.5 hours to myrtle beach to stay here. Arrived at 3am to check in to a booking I scheduled 4 months prior. I was denied check in because of a policy that is absolutely unclear, although they think it is, about check in age. It says they require check in minimum age to be 21. That's fine, I am 22. What it does NOT say is that EVERY single adult planning to stay in that room must also be over 21. I planned this trip to be with my friend who is 20 for over a year, scheduled the stay 4 months prior, and called two days ahead of time to verify my reservation. I was forced to pay for a night I didn't stay, and pay $330/night to stay last minute at a hotel that I had to spend 3 hours dinking around to pass the time to 6am to prevent needing to pay for two nights. Planning to stay here? Don't. I didn't even get to check in and I wasn't impressed. Looking to stay in Myrtle Beach? Stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

Overall okay but we actually considered checking into another facility. Cleaning lady walked in my room while I was stark naked and made little effort to dismiss herself quickly. We also killed several roaches.

It was a nice hotel needed more parking more time in pool n game room doing spring break

I had a very nice time at the reef and would stay there again.

I went with my honey our first time and i'm booking are second trip here as well! Had a neat little restaurant next door with happy hour and a live band that night. We stand on our balcony and watched the band. Pool area neat and rooms were spacious!
