When we arrived no one was in the office. It took about 5 minutes for them to come. The clerk looked like she just woke up and was not nice. Do not let the pictures decive you, like I did. About 9am the started banging right over our room on a Saturday. The clerk at the front desk said, well this is the time we renovate. On a Saturday at 9am? We were supposed to stay two days but canceled second night.
I love the motels like SureStay where the room opens up to the outside! I was on first floor and it made unloading and loading easy.
I would not stay here again. The room stunk and was dirty. There was trash on the floor and hair all over in the shower. The toilet looked like it had never been cleaned. The pull out mattress was disgusting and very stained. There was no bedding for the pull out mattress and there was no additional staff at night, so I had to run out to get bedding from them myself. The staff was kind though and I appreciated that! The kicker for me was the safety. I went with my 4 children and there were multiple groups of men sitting in the parking lot drinking while we were there. One group was about 6-8 men around 6:30 and 2 other men around 11pm (when I ran to get bedding from the front desk). It did not feel safe. I would definitely not stay here again.
Quiet, clean, comfortable, around all shopping, food & the beach. I will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and we were close to a lot of places to eat and shop.
It was an ok stay. I didn’t like that the toilet looked dirty. I didn’t like that the channels on the tv were all fuzzy
Very rude front desk people. We arrived an hour before checkin but they told us our room hadn’t been cleaned yet! That was a lie. They made us sit and wait an hour to check in even though the room was ready. Room was not very clean, had piles of dirt all over the floor.
Got a Jacuzzi suite and there was no hot water to use the Jacuzzi. The shower in the morning really didn’t have any hot water. For the money you pay it definitely isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend
Just the basics. Great location. No pool or breakfast due to virus. Comfortable bed. Clean room and carpet.
Pool was closed but I understand that the virus 😷 was spreading. They need a bigger breakfast and longer hours to get breakfast.
The check in process is very archaic compared to every hotel I've been to in the past year. It's all paperwork and required multiple signatures, copies of my license and also much to my dismay they required a 50 dollar deposit per room for incidentals even though I already booked and paid through orbits. If I had known I was going to have to spend an extra 100 dollars, I could have stayed at a much nicer place. Orbits needs to do better about making that kind of thing known our they need to add it into the cost up front.
