Great price, clean room, friendly helpful staff. Will book again.

Perfect for broadway at the beach, and shuttle!!!!

We were only in town for one night. We have stayed at this hotel before and had a positive experience. On this trip, we also had a positive experience with the same hotel. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and we had what we needed. The only draw back on this particular visit was some of the other guests were extremely loud roaming up and down the halls late in the evening. Overall, great place to stay and we will use this hotel again.

Location. Was great for us as we were there looking at property not going to the beach. Not a very big room but all we needed for our brief stay. We were also impressed when we went to the desk to buy a bottle of water and it was only $1.50. We thought that was great for an on site purchase

First off, the room wasn't that nice. There was a hole in the carpet stains on the "clean" towels they left for us and the room smelled. They do not offer room service but on a weekly basis. I asked one of the staff I saw for towels and she rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed just to give them to me. She told me house keeping is an extra charge. The hotel was manageable for the 2 nights I was there but I wouldn't go back. The price didn't go with the quality.

My friend and I stayed one night here and we loved it! Rooms were big, clean and comfy! There was a fridge, microwave, stove, and sink! So cute! Beds were comfy and cozy! We would definitely stay again!!!!

Not bad but nothing to write home about ether. Room smelled bad, the shower did not have hot water. Sometimes you get what you pay for. I would not stay again.

WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME AT MYRTLE BEACH SOME MUCH TO SEE I DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE. THE HOTEL WAS GREAT IT WAS CLEAN AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!

I found this place lacking in several areas the bigest was the staff they seemed to not want to be bothered by any guest.the micro coffee pot had no filters and you had to ask the front desk to get them.We were given the wrong size for the pot.As the old addage goes you get what you pay for.

I will probably never stay at this hotel again. My room was supposed to be nonsmoking but it had such an overpowering stench to it that it felt like I was sleeping in an ashtray. The toilet and shower were unreliable and difficult to work with. The whole place had a depressing and dingy feel to it. I could go on and on. It basically fell short of my expectations in almost every way.

It's good choice to stay

We stayed at the Suburban Extended Stay on our trip to the beach over Labor Day 2008. We woke up the morning of our first night to an unadvertised water feature in our bathroom (yes the ceiling was leaking.) We alerted the front desk and the attendant had suggested that housekeeping would be by later. We were going to be gone for the day so I requested that we get another room, as this was obviously going to require serious maintenance. The attendant was quick to acknowledge and meet my request. The added benefit of moving rooms was that we got to get away from the nursing home aroma that the first one had brought us (probably from the leaky pipes). The rooms were minimal standards cleaned, as we had old food crumbs in and around the dresser and my friend reported a stain and large hole in her bed sheets and some unidentified matter on the back of the bathroom door. We were surprised to learn that there were not hair dryers in the rooms. The other major let down was the pool. It is very small and green, we didn't allow our kids to swim in it. My friend's son went to look at the pool upon arrival, he looked over the gate, at which point the rod iron gate fell over, causing him to be injured. The problem was reported to maintenance and was resolved by applying a bicycle chain around the supporting beam. The perks were the large fridge and a range top to save money by not eating out and the area is in a convienient location near Wal-mart and several other chains and restaurants but we asked people at the ocean front hotels what they had paid, and discovered that they were only paying 20 dollars more a night than we had. So-in short, if it's a last resort and you are going to be there for at least a week, the hotel might due, but otherwise, do your self a favor and pay the extra 20 dollars a night to stay in a more luxurious, ocean front accomodation.

The Hotel is about 2 miles from the Beach...not bad if your only staying one night as we did. The cleanliness on the other hand left a lot to be desired. The worst part was discovering chunks of what appeared to be ground beef tucked neatly under the sheets! I'm not sure of someone was eating in bed the night prior(which would indicate that the sheets were dirty!) or the cleaning crew was having a snack as they cleaned the room. Either way it was a very unpleasant experience. needless to say WE WONT BE BACK!

The Extended Stay was okay for the time we stayed there. The room was ok. I liked that it was a lot of space in the room. The location of the hotel was nice because it wasn't far from the beach. The house keeping wasn't that good either. Like I said it was ok for the time we was there.

very nice for staying and doing your own thing

The room was not bad for the price. However, the air conditioner broke and would not work and it was extremely hot in the room. When talking to the hotel clerk regarding the air conditioner, the problem was shrugged off. We should've been put in another room or compensated. We paid for a room with an air conditioner. It was really terrible.

They were very friendly easy check in and out.The only thing i didnt like about it was that was a hair dryer but other than that it was great to stay there because we were right next to every thing.
