Tha Palmettos Rental staff were the worst. We first got there and the woman was a total crab. Then we got to our room, it wasn't even clean. There were dirty linens and towels on the floor. They came to clean it after we checked into the room and then still left the linens on the floor which they stayed the whole time. When we booked, we told them we needed linens for the sleeper sofa. We called three days for them. They never came.

Booked a 2 bedroom unit for my family. Was told we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom at check-in and charged additonal $165 for housekeeping and linen service, this was the South Hampton tower. One of the bedrooms had such a bad smell in it we couldn't stay in it, entire kitchen faucet turned unlike it was suppose to, towel rack in shower area of bathroom kept coming of wall, decor still from the 70's. When I tried to call about room condition was cut off before I could even get voicemail. Daughter had locked key in room and found out Palmetto Vacation Rentals does not have anyone on premises for such accidents or emergencies and no one else on property, including security, can access any of their units. Pool was closed 2 days with no explanation. Employees were very rude. My wife asked one guy if the pool was closed and he said "yes. why? did you want to get in?" and another let her have towels one day at a neighboring pool but wouldn't let her have any the next day. Would give resort lower rating if not for 2 points, it is on the beach and the housekeeper ,who came to let me in the room, was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, this was the only time anyone from housekeeping came into the room during our entire visit. The linen closet in the master bath had several paint cans in it and bedroom closet had construction materials in it to where you couldn't hang any shirts or anything up. When we were checking out and turning keys in, the office girl wasn't any better. When we told her of our complaints she said we should have called when we checked in the room. She had the attitude that she didn't care what we said and didn't even aplogize for what happened and acted like it was our fault the room and employees were the way they were. Would advise anyone and everyone to go stay somewhere else. Experience was not worth what we were charged to stay there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very peaceful and relaxing. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The hotel was extremely nice with plenty of room. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. My only complaint was that we had to drive to the indoor pool. A wonderful spot for a family vacation. I would love to stay here again.

The value was OK, but I did not get what was advertised. The ad said "ocean front tower". We got a second row villa. This was apparently Leisure links fault, but no one could fix it. I was told I had to request ocean front, would have been nice to know that before I made my reservation. The Plantation was nice, but it was a 5 minute walk to anything. We enjoyed our stay, but the villa was kinda dirty. It said no pets, but the couch had white dog hair on it that got on our clothes. We have small children, and toys were going under furniture. They really need to clean under that stuff. We found beer bottle lids, beads and even cereal under the bedroom furniture. I found a used toothbrush in the bathroom and dirty plates in the dish washer.
