This well kept and super clean condo has 2 bedrooms one with a king and the other with a queen size bed. sleeps 6 with the fold out couch. This stylish condo also comes with stocked kitchenette, two full baths, washer and dryer, dish washer, full size frig, granite countertops, private balcony and spacious living room with LED fireplace.
This property is BEACH FRONT and is walking distance to food, entertainment, boardwalk, Sky wheel, shops and more. Only a five minutes drive time to Broadway at the beach and convention center. The resort has lazy river outdoor and indoor pools with hot tubs

This property is BEACH FRONT on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd. Walking distance to everything Myrtle Beach.

Free parking for condo guests is available across the street in the assigned parking lots. Uber is easy way to get around if you are going bit further out, our condo is right on the beach and Boardwalk just 3 mins walking distance, so you can pretty much walk anywhere. Golf cart, scooter also a choice if you go somewhere close.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

*LATE CHECK OUT if Not granted in advance by owner - 45 minute grace period then $25 per each 30 minutes afterward. (As we are paying housekeeper to wait for you).
*PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LUGGAGE CART INSIDE THE CONDO. You can load and unload from hallway (as stated on Entry Door).
*TOTAL OF SIX GUESTS MAX. Any extra guests more than 6 confirmed reservation, must notify the host to alternate, otherwise will subject to $250 fine and be evicted from the property immediately.
*Mature respectful guests only! MUST BE ABOVE 21 YEARS OLD TO BOOK. Clean and respectful.
*Any damages to linens, furnishings or missing items ( private owned) you will be billed for.
*NO EVENTS, SUBJECT TO $250 FINE, and will be Vacated IMMEDIATELY.
*NO REFUND DUE TO resort pools closed for maintenance.
*Guests are expected to pick up and clean up after themself, please treat it like it's your own home, please dispose trash in trash cans to prevent bugs on 10th floor by the elevator.
