We were picked up by the hotel mini-van at the airport, greeted warmly and handed a small tray with everything from chilled bottles of water to chewing gum - an early indication of what a class act the Grace is. Checked in while drinking the champagne welcome drink & then taken to our room...which had a huge terrace, a plunge pool & a fabulous view. From then on, the Grace didn't miss a trick.... Rooms promptly and properly cleaned. Requests (e.g. more coffee) dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. And then there's the champagne breakfast! Different table d'hote menu each day served by really friendly, enthusiastic, young staff. If you wanted something different, the kitchen prepared it. One morning I declined a 3rd glass of champagne - the waiter said 'I'm sorry, I don't speak English', poured me another glass and smiled! Even the evening 'turndown' was accompanied by a different tray of specialty tea each night. There was nothing that could be faulted the whole time we were there. Whoever recruits and trains the staff deserves special praise.. My only complaint? The rest of our trip was spoiled as no other hotel came close to the Grace
We stayed at the Grace Mykonos for 4 nights from 6th October and had the most amazing time. We were met at the airport with an air-conditioned transfer, with cold water and refreshing towels, and taken the quick 10 minutes drive to the hotel. When we arrived in reception we were given a glass of sparkling wine, an amazing welcome and told all about the hotel. Our room was beautiful with sea view, beautiful beds (and pillows from the pillow menu), fluffy towels, robes...etc. Cool bottles of water were replenished throughout our stay at no charge. There are endless positives to this hotel, but the most important are these: 1. Location is amazing, short free shuttle into town, but still a few bars and restaurants near the hotel, and a lovely beach. 2. Breakfast - best ever, you can have anything you like, and it all was absolutely delicious. 3. Rooms and view are lovely as is the area by the pool and the restaurant. BUT ABOVE ALL the staff in their immaculate uniforms make this hotel what it is. It was a week before they closed for the season and they were still positive, focused, professional and so friendly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble - this includes the staff on reception, the driver of the shuttle bus, and the restaurant and bar staff. I must call out Cristina and Alex in the bar/restaurant who were so helpful and friendly. Thank you Grace Mykonos, we will be back next year!!
Just returned from a WONDERFUL holiday at Grace Boutique Hotel in Mykonos.I have spent the last week with my husband and 21 year old son luxuriating in the last of the Aegean sun.The Hotel was everything I could possibly have wished for amazing views, champagne breakfasts, cocktails in the afternoon, a driver to take you out shopping or for dinner, wonderful spa treatments, the beach a short walk away, lovely restaurants, beautiful sunny weather...I would like to say a special thank you to all the fabulous staff who made this holiday so special Maria who arranged the amazing room view, Christina, Dimitris, Alexandria, Florin, Alexandro, George, and not forgetting Katerina in the spa. And all the other wonderful staff who add to the smooth running of the hotel.I wish them all a good winter and look forward to returning next year.....Get the champagne on icexx
We arrived to a champagne welcome and an upgraded room with plunge pool - what a welcome! This was the start of a fantastic relaxing week at this gorgeous boutique hotel. 2 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins by free shuttle to the town and back in the evening. Everyone praises the wonderful attentive staff and it's all true! The personal service we received from the manager, all the restaurant staff serving us our five course champagne breakfasts every morning and the reception staff, housekeeping and drivers - we have to say a huge thank you for making our stay so memorable. We loved every minute of our holiday and we will be back!
We returned for our second stay at the Grace in mid-September. It was a pleasure to see a number of the old staff around the hotel, all of whom gave us a warm welcome and made us feel like we were returning home! A few welcome presents were waiting in our room - a very nice touch. As always, the service was impeccable and the food was excellent. We are already counting down to our next visit in June 2018!
Grace Mykonos has to be the best personal boutique hotel (without being pretentious) that my husband and I have ever stayed in! From start to finish you are made to feel as if you belong at the Grace, the welcome on arrival with refreshing champagne, then personally shown around the hotel, the greeting from the absolutely brilliant restaurant/bar manager, the team that are the heart and soul that constantly strive to make every single person feel that they are equally valued, that look after the bar, pool, restaurant and room service. I feel I cannot name names as every individual from reception, drivers, maids, pool, bar, restaurant are outstanding! Then throw in the beauty of Mykonos, a holiday that will never ever be forgotten! We shall return and thank you all! Room 52
What can I say; just come back after a week with my wife at this little gem of a hotel. From arrival until departure you experience excellent service in every department of the hotel. The food is fantastic and if the menu is not to your liking just ask for something you fancy and it will be prepared; a fab bar area is really the hub of this bijoux hotel; great staff greet you all the time. Only 5 minutes from the main town with complimentary shuttle bus drop off and collection so you can explore with ease the narrow streets of Mykonos town together with the excellent restaurants available. The accommodation was excellent with a super king bed and enormous ensuite and we were greeted to a 'pillow menu' as 6 different pillows were available for us to choose from! We've travelled a fair amount and this experience was right up there. A massive thank you to all the staff for making our stay one we'll always remember. Matt & Jenny Lomas
We have just finished a wonderful week at the Grace Mykonos hotel. A lovely hotel in a great location upgraded to virtual perfection thanks to the experience delivered by the wonderful team that took care of us. Christina, Demitris, Alexandros Katherine, Iannis to name just a few around the restaurant, pool, bar... (apologies for my spelling and to anyone that has not been mentioned) made us feel so special. Our air conditioned poolside room was very comfortable - king size double bed, memory foam mattress with luxurious topper below beautifully laundered white sheets, duvet and even a pillow menu to ensure the perfect nights sleep. Our bathroom had a huge walk in shower and 2 generous basins. All kept beautifully clean by the charming room service team. Our room looked out to the pool area so we couldn't leave the 'balcony' doors open while changing etc, but that was the only slight downside - a private sea view balcony room would have made everything completely perfect. The generous daily 5 course champagne breakfast (if you didn't fancy anything on the menu that changed every day, the guys would bring whatever you wanted if they had the ingredients) meant that eating lunch as well was quite a challenge. The free shuttle service in and out of town was a delight - just let reception know about half an hour before - e.g. phone the hotel from town, and there they were. The relaxed atmosphere all this pampering (and countless other ‘little touches’) created meant that guests were totally comfortable striking up conversations with each other while respecting everyone's privacy in a way I've never seen before. Would we go back? - we WILL be back.
We have just returned from a week at the Grace Mykonos. The hotel is in a quiet area outside Mykonos town right by a beach. Rooms very clean and comfortable with great sea views. Staff were amazing especially Dimitris and Christina, nothing was too much for them at breakfast time. Breakfasts were lovely with 5 courses and champagne if you wanted. My husband was unfortunately very unwell for a couple of days with food poisoning ( not from the hotel I hasten to add) and the staff were very helpful giving us extra water and offering to take us to a doctor if needed, small touches which helped a lot. We will certainly return in the future to this beautiful place.
Small boutique hotel where I had the best service I've ever experienced. I have travelled all over the world and can happily say that nothing is too much trouble with the staff who go above and beyond to make the experience very special. Breakfast is a real treat - you can order absolutely anything you fancy. There are very few sun beads at the hotel (about ten pairs for thirty rooms) and the pool it's quite sheltered so gets hot! If you want to guarantee a sun bed then book a room with a terrace. It wasn't a problem as the concierge organised excellent transfers to various beach clubs each day which is definitely the best way to see and experience Mykonos.
