We stayed in the VIP Room for 6 nights recently. An excellent sized room with a private hot tub and sun bed looking out over the sea, with its own private lift from the lobby. It is a wonderful modern boutique hotel a short transfer ride from the airport (10mins). A short walk to a beach with a few restaurants (5 mins) and transfers into Mykonos town and back available via front desk up until midnight (5 mins). From the minute we arrived the service was excellent. However, the dream team in the hotel are the catering/bar staff. Angelo, Christina and Dimitris - thank you. You truly made our trip memorable. You are a credit to the Grace chain of Hotels. We ended our last night with a private roof top dinner for four people - again, a truly memorable evening and highly recommended. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel or the Grace in Santorini and hopefully will go back one day. It is definitely more for couples and not for families with young children. Mykonos town is buzzy and busy; packed with boutique shops, art galleries, jewellers and restaurants. We went for dinner at Remezzo and Internni - both were excellent. I would also recommend a day trip to Delos to see the ruins and the birth place of Apollo. However if you don't do well in the heat, take the sunset trip. The private guide is a little dull but informative.

We stayed for two weeks [first stay], August/September and like many other reviewers, cannot wait to return. As with those earlier reviews, it is difficult to award enough praise. The clear highlight of the hotel is the extraordinary staff. Angelo and his team at the restaurant/pool area [Dimitris, Christina, Alexandria, Marrinella, Elizabeth, Kontantinas, Florian and Joel] provide a level of service never experienced before. Angelo's leadership is obvious and the team all went out of their way to meet every need. Equally, they are all personable individuals, gently engaging and excellent company. All appear to delight in meeting the Grace [and their own] standards of service. It is a little unfair to select individuals for special praise, but we must mention Christina and Konstantinas - special members of an outstanding team. Even though we had less interaction with Reception [Yiota, Fani and team - apologies for not remembering all the names], they quickly remember your details and routine needs. Every request is met with charm, a quick solution and absolute courtesy. We were lazy, spending most of the time by the pool and eating in the restaurant. Lunch was rarely needed as the multi-course breakfast is a delight each day, always served to the same high standards. The pool, which isn't really appropriate for kids, is unbelievably clean and the demand for the limited loungers was manageable. The lunch and evening menu is good, if perhaps a little expensive. However, it is all prepared and presented extremely well. Out and about, there is plenty to do, beach, town and sightseeing. We ate out about every second night. There are a number of local restaurants within walking distance, all offering different standards/food. Often, we found it too easy to relax at the hotel. In summary, we could not heap more praise on the hotel and its awesome staff - thank you!

Although we felt it was once in a lifetime opportunity. We will no doubt be back. The service was amazing from housekeeping to general manager. My husband had a special liking to their French fries early on and they ended up serving him fries at every meal. He was in heaven! We stayed in theGrace Suite and it had a spectacular view and fabulous bathroom and private jacuzzi that was indoor and outdoor. We were able to rent Vespa nearby and tour the entire island

Great welcome and breakfast staff excellent, even though each morning we had to wait for a table. Room small for a junior suite and pool too small for all of the guests to sunbathe. However, centrally located and easy access. Great assistance with booking beach clubs.

Our experience was amazing at Grace Mykonos. All the staff we're so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The view was perfect, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The walk down to the beach was only 2 minutes, and it was just down a small pathway. The transfer service to and from town was very helpful as well. 100% recommend, we will be staying at other Grace properties in the future.

Just enjoyed a week at this beautiful spot. One of the very best places we have stayed...great location, quality and service. Two standouts were the incredible honeymoon suite with private deck (where we even had a brilliant degustation dinner on our last night)... and the superb restaurant / bar team who were totally flexible and attentive with a professional yet very friendly attitude. Congrats guys. Tony and Sandra D

We have just returned from a wonderful 7 night stay at this beautiful hotel. As the saying aptly goes this was a 5 star hotel with a 6 star service. It was in a fabulous setting overlooking the beach and sea at aghios stefanos. If you wanted to use the beach sun beds were provided for you by way of a voucher from the hotel. The beach was great and the water crystal clear. If you wished to use the pool there were plenty of sun beds though you probably needed to get there before about 11 as they tended to fill up. The view from the pool though which is a rooftop one was simply stunning with a beautiful view of the bay and sea. It was idyllic relaxing sipping a drink and watching the cruise ships come into port. If you wanted to go into town for a meal or shopping or simply sight seeing the hotel had a shuttle bus on hand to take you and bring you back before midnight. It was a 10 minute journey at most and we never had a problem getting on it just took letting reception know an hour in advance. To come back we phoned 15 minutes before leaving and never waited more than 10 minutes. We took that as an opportunity to look at the fabulous yachts in the harbour and people watch. The room was lovely with a little patio again with a fabulous view of the sea. Our room on the ground floor backed on to the road so a tip may be to ask for the room above so you get the view but aren't as close to the road. This was though a minor point to us as the view more than made up for this. Now to the best part of the stay. The service from all of the staff was absolutely exceptional. They were extremely friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A champagne breakfast was included and the chef created a new menu daily. The food was excellent and if you didn't like what the chef created you could choose something else. I had an English breakfast as well as an American style one with pancakes on different days and all the food was beautifully presented and tasty. The staff in the restaurant and bar were all brilliant as were the staff in general. One staff member stood out for us a lovely lady named Christina who remembered who you were your preferences and was so attentive it made you feel really special. I hope the management realise what a special team of people they have working for them. As someone who travels to America a lot i am used to their high customer care but this hotel surpassed most of them. It was wonderful and I would return here in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday so special

We have stayed at the Grace hotel in Santorini and we actually came to Mykonos because of the Grace hotel . It really didn't disappoint . We had an amazing deck which was bigger than our room and the staff are just amazing . Helpful , friendly and nothing is too much trouble . The quirky five course breakfast on the terrace and a great location and view . In fact just like the Grace hotel in Santorini ! The quality control for this hotel group is excellent . Expensive but who cares

What a place. Service to die for literally. Never had better in my life and we travel extensively. The food manager Angelo is the best most attentive person ever. His staff are wonderful. The room on check in was wrong , but after a small complaint the genealmmanager george switched us and made sure we had no problems again. He again was amazing The place has amazing views close to everything. They shuttled us to town whenever we needed. The staff were so good I don't dare even mention them all. Never had it somgood and miss them already. In conclusion see u guys next year

Wow, what a hotel!!! I've stayed at many hotels in many countries in all different categories. Before this hotel I always thought my hotel in Maldives and hotel in Bali were on the top of my list in terms of service and enjoyment. Grace is right up there and my husband and I already discussed if we come back to Mykonos, we are staying here again. From when you walk in to when you leave, you are treated like royalty. The service and attention to detail is top notch. Even at breakfast, we were greeted by many people asking how was our sleep and wishing us well. When I dropped a fork during lunch, Christina came seconds later because she heard it drop. Never before have I experienced this level of attention. I even looked up to our room from the pool and saw housekeeping wipe down all the balconies banisters and doors to make sure they were clean. Breakfast is truly amazing. The setting by the pool and then looking at the ocean is magical. Yes, there aren't many pool chairs, but don't let that deter you. My son had so much fun swimming in the pool that we were so sad we had to leave. The pool also has a nice shallow side that's not too shallow. It was the perfect place to spend the afternoon lounging around before our flight. Love love love this hotel. Hope to see you soon!!!
