We had to wait over two hours past check in time to get in our room. The halls did not look like they had been cleaned and vacuumed in a long time. I have always loved Omni hotels and I will probably give this one another try. Hoping they get some things changed. Our room was nice and I love the hotel overall.

Perfect location for arena event. Great for walking to Broadway night life. Unsure how safe. Noticed several cameras but unsure if being “manned.” No visible private security or law enforcement. Parking not ideal. Almost have to valet @ $50 but it is downtown. Staff very friendly & accommodating. A few misses in the cleanliness of the room. Pricey weekend rates but for location probablyb worth it. Would have paid same if had to pay for parking elsewhere I’m sure. Coffee, other restaurants, & shops in hotel. Country Music Hall of Fame & Print Shop under the same roof. Overall, great downtown choice.
