This property was beautifully decorated and had so many things provided. It was clean and the property managers were friendly and helpful. The distance to the river was perfect, unfortunately they were letting out water from the dam and we couldn't enjoy wading. Hopefully next time! We would definitely stay here again! Just a fyi....mapquest directions were incorrect, but it gave us a little adventure to talk about. Lol!
The house was immaculate, perfectly suited for our family (all adults) and was just a few minutes from the Crater of Diamonds. Debbie was extremely helpful and kind (she is the local liaison) and made our stay exceptional. My gps had a hard time finding the house as it was at the end of a dirt road. We did end up finding it thanks to another navigation program (I think waze) and were set from then on out. The house was fully stocked and even had a reasonable amount of tp rather than the measly 1 roll usually allocated at other places we have stayed. We loved everything about the house and my parents were able to navigate it easily. We would HIGHLY recommend this cabin as a base camp of sorts. The internet could be slow but having wifi in that area at all is great. My only complaint about the area (NOT the house) is difficulty finding fresh fruits and veggies. If that is important to you then stop and stock up on the way in. The Mexican restaurant on the corner and the pizza Inn at the Exxon station were pretty good as far as food options go. Thanks for hosting our family trip!!!
We enjoy our stay the cabin was so nice. We had more amenities then expected. Will probably go back again.
I can't make any complaints, it was perfect! Conveniently located close to the Crater of Diamonds state park.
The owners and managers thought of it all, lacked for nothing. Great stay.
