Hotel is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. There is a very good Chinese restaurant on site providing good authentic Chinese food. The waitstaff are very polite and professional.

The Bellevue is one of the finest overall places to stay in the Manila area, it is always spotless and well staffed and has some of the finest food in all of Asia.

Rooms are exquisite. Facilities are wonderful. Staff great. Located in a quiet location for Manila so noise was not an issue at all. A bit of a drive from the airport but just grab an Uber or Grab ride for a very reasonable price. Well worth it. Everything about this hotel is top notch. Highly recommend.
