Was on business great stay and wonderful staff most helpful were very responsive with requests, when I asked for the loan of an adaptor and ironing board it was delivered up to my room within minutes, sometimes this can take what feels like hours especially when you are short for time and need to be some on the other side of a city for a business meeting and not familiar with the transport system of Munich ! Will stay again very soon !

Beautiful location!!! Near Viktualienmarkt and public transportation. Very helpful and smiling staff. Rooms are across two buildings with different designs so make sure you book the one you want. Nice breakfast and and vegetarian restaurant downstairs.

Well situated hotel with friendly staff who always serve with a smile. Our room was really spacious with a mini kitchenette. Prior to booking the room, I was pretty concerned with the negative reviews about the bed. But honestly, I thought it was ok cos it didn't bother me at all and we both slept well. I've been to Munich quite a no. of times and I always knew of the existence of this hotel but I always ended up at Sofitel Bayerpost. But after this visit, I think I have found an even better hotel in Munich for my future visits.

Friendly and helpful staff. Had a business room and it was nice and clean. The breakfast room was nice and charming with a good selection of food. Only negative is that the kitchen was down the last day so they where out of warm food when we came down to eat at 08:30. The only reason l don't rate this hotel full score it because of the bar witch is drifted by the restaurant next door, so it's only open when the restaurant is open and they don't have a person stationed in the bar. So we where empty in our glass a lot.

Good choice for central Munich. The location is superb, with Viktualienmarkt, Eataly, and numerous restaurants across the street. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The customer service was a little stiff and I wasn't a huge fan of the adjustable mattress -- to me, it felt like an air mattress.

Never been so disappointed in a hotel. This is more like a two star hotel not a four star. So sad we paid $430/night for this crap hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. I hated the bed it felt like a water bed. The sheet were stiff and there was hair in the sheets. once there was I think a booger on the pillow case and a blood stain on the sheet. There was no cover sheet just a blanket which I don't think they change at all. I felt so uncomfortable sleeping in them because they didn't feel clean or soft. The towels were cheap quality they use for pools. There was dust on the bed stands and the remote control was dirty. The room service was horrible. One night I asked for utensils and matches after 45 min they brought in two wet forks which was just handed to us with us any napkins or putting them on a plate at least. They didn't have matches so they brought a lighter which they wanted to charge me for it. when I said I just need it for my bday candle the house keeper very rudely said okay hurry do it and give it back soon. The customer service was even worse. I called the front desk at night to tell them about the sheet they never picked up. I called them the next night to ask for a wake up call they didn't pick up again. Only picked up the first night which we asked for a wake up call but guess what, no one called us. We also called them for water they never brought it for us. Overall they had a very rude attitude and we didn't feel welcomed at all. I was so disappointed in this hotel and their staff and sad for our awful experience. I don't understand all the positive reviews. My suggestion is if you like to be in this location find another hotel around the area which are plenty. We heard LOUIS Hotel is good.

Stayed for three nights over Octoberfest and the hotel is perfectly located to access the city centre and Marienplatz. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The rooms were comfortable and quite funky with loads of tech in them. Electronic lights, blinds and a bed that you an change the firmness of.

Loved the hotel .. I believe it has an excellent location.. its almost 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the shopping area in munich .. and it's exactly near the local market where they sell beautiful souvenirs and fresh fruits.. i loved their service and their receptionists are very friendly and nice .. the room interior modern ... they also charge 22€ per day for parking your car .. will definitely book again when im back in munich

The hotel is right on the Viktualenmarkt and an easy walking distance to the Marienplatz. The amenities were excellent but what stood out above all else was the quality and friendliness of the sevice. Plus an excellent breakfast offering in a beautiful breakfast room. I was fascinated by the up-to-date technology used to conserve energy throughout.

Perfect Location, super helpful staff, nice rooms. The vegeterian Gourmet Restaurant inside the Hotel looked pretty nice, but we had dinner plans and didn´t go there. Make sure to try the Thai Goat Cheese Sandwich or one of the organic meat Options at the brand new opened Sandwich place next door!
