I was very comfortable at the hotel especially with my lifs because it was so very clean . It was nice ans quite and the beds and pillows were so soft
The king suite was lovely(Room214), that couch needs a good cleaning however. The breakfast area was very clean and well organized.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place but I didn't see what all the fuss is about. The room and facility was clean, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was a standard continental (waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal, yogurt, coffee, etc). The only complaint I may have had was the other guests; overall they were loud and the halls smelled like someone was cooking with grease but at what fault is this for the hotel? Some people are jerks no matter where you stay. Overall I was pleased and would most definitely stay here again.
Pre-paid in full through orbitz. $254 (fees included from booking through a website) Was charged again, $215, when arriving and was not told. When I question this the girl at the front desk played dumb then I had to wait till the next day to actually talk to a manager. then I was told it was for “holding/deposit” or whatever they want to call it. Funny thing is, when talking to CORPORATE office they said there is no such thing. The other guest in the lobby said no they did or get charged. And girl worker from the previous night at the front desk was unsure why we were charged $215. If it is done to all customers and is a normal fee, why wouldn’t she know if it since she works the front desk checking guest in? Now I am currently watching the charge go in and out of my account. I was credit back the money. Now it’s showing it came back out again. Had to wait yet again for manager which put us behind on our travel home. Talked to Corporate and they were going to take care of it, I canceled it once I saw my money come back. Now bank account is showing it withdrawling again. Looks like I’m calling my bank to freeze any actions from this location and now I have to call corporate again to straighten this out. Horrible service. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and thought I was dumb. Will never stay here again or recommend it.
When we first arrived the front desk person was very friendly even though it was late. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of 3. The price is great compared to the value that you get at this location. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone.
