We arrived early to the hotel, and the first smell that hit me is "clean." The lobby was tidy, the carpet had been vacuumed and it smelled like Pinesol. The attendant at the desk allowed us to check in early and personally went to check our room before we entered to make sure everything was right. I asked for bedding for the sofa bed right away to put my 3- and 2-year olds down for naps and they quickly obliged and were polite about it. The sofa bed was a great asset in our situation...we ordered a king size room with the sofa bed and the two kids slept great on that all night long! I like that this hotel is somewhat difficult to find off the beaten path; it's located behind at least two other buildings, so you don't get so much noise off of Scatterfield or 69. It was also pretty quiet at night; we couldn't even hear our neighbor's TV. Breakfast was awesome...I am pretty sure the sausage and egg patties were pre-cooked, but they tasted good and my kids liked them. Also had a waffle iron and pancake griddle, which was fun and yummy. Biscuits and gravy, all kinds of fruit, cereal, different kinds of bread and pastries, yogurt, two kinds of juice, reg caf and decaf coffee, and tea. Quite a big selection for a continental breakfast, and they seemed to be keeping up with the crowd flow, too; when something ran out, they replaced it right away. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. Staying here next time we're in town!! :)

This hotel is older so there aren't a lot of extras/amenities, but it was very clean and well maintained. We were only staying for one night so it was perfect for us. The room was well taken care of, the breakfast in the morning was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were happy with the condition of the hotel for the price.

Dated but clean and has all the animeities..................................................................................................................................................................................................................

The hotel staff were courteous, pleasant and helpful! The breakfast was good and a nice touch. They need a little more work on the entrance and the hotel is difficult to find. The twisty road behind the new hotel was not well marked. The price was right and was close to Granny's house! Thank you for a memorable visit!

Quality Inn & Suites in Anderson Indiana turned out well for us. If it was easier to find and the posted signs were better situated, it would probably raise the cost! :) Places to eat withing walking distance. Close enough to Granny and the price was good. The people were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was actually pretty good! The pillows were a little small, but overall comfortable enough. The pool was small, but clean and the Jacuzzi helped after a long drive. Will use this hotel again!

Motel was hard to find. Once at motel, staff was very nice. Room was clean but there was a water stain on one of the matresses. Breakfast had very limited selection--go eat at Bob Evans. Outside needs attention, concrete craking, weeds, windows and door windows dirty.

It was a very nice place to stay for a low cost...we were impressed.

The beds were very uncomfortable. i used the bedding from the second bed to make 1 of them a little more cushiony. The mattresses were broken down and had alot of staining! The towels and sheets were not the cleanest all dingy and some spotting. The bathroom door lock was broken. The security latch on the main door did not work. The spa was out of order and the pool room was filthy. The pool had alot of debri in it from construction.

Nothing was really bad and nothing was really good. The hotel got the job done. A place to sleep, shower, and eat a quick breakfast. I would stay again.

stayed here a few times before. convenient location, free breakfast. In need of maintenance - walls scuffed, exterior weeds and some deterioration needs to be taken care of.

Bed is hard as a rock. Cig burns in the bedding. Check in was not good - front desk clerk was no where to be found. Had to wait and wait and wait. Not worth the money. Yuck! Towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast had no fruit - not everyone fills up on grains. Next time I will camp - better use of my money.

good, quick checkin, comfortable for the night, quick breakfast and back on the road again in the morning

Great value. The hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled. Friendly staff, clean rooms. I was in Indy for business and Anderson was a short trip, right along the interstate. Finding the hotel is not the easiest as it is located behind a steak house, of the main drag and the signage wasn't real clear

Nice place to stay for price. Friendly staff. Make sure you double check your reservation if you want a non-smoking room.

The entire hotel was under construction...plastic everywhere, fresh paint, and the lobby was freshly torn up. We stayed here because of all of the amentities, but could not use all of them because of construction. Our room cards did not work at first try, and the lady made it look like she was used to that. Then the hot tub was luke warm and couldnt heat it up, and the rooms are very noisy right next to highway. I wanted to work out in the morning but couldnt because of the remodeling, if i would have known all of that we would have stayed elsewhere

We arrived during rennovation project. Our room was one of the rooms recently rennovated. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Besides construction debris in construction area, our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was great....a little crowded depending on what time you eat. Overall, we would definately recommend this hotel. Great Value for the price.

Very nice place, although tough to find. Good pool and hot tub, nice breakfast with hot food options. Comfortable beds, tons of channels. Rooms have fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Very pleased with the service and cleanliness.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Several good choices for meals were close by. Staff was helpful and courteous. Continental breakfast was included, and started off the day right.

We were there for a high school reunion. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, people were very nice. The place is just a bit hard to find,(sets back off the road with a small sign to guide you) but worth the hunt.

Just spent one night but a good place to stay for the traveler just passing through
