We paid extra for this hotel for indoor heated pool but it was being repaired. If we had known this we would have chosen another hotel that’s pool was operational. When traveling you need a mode of exercise. Work out room was shut down as well. Bedroom was nice, clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly, only one was unprofessional.

We arrived and were given a room, we reserved a room with two queen beds. We got to the room and there’s only a king. We called the front desk were told there were no other rooms and that was what our reservation was for. The pull out sofa was disgustingly dirty so we had to put 3 adults in one king size bed.

Everything was as expected. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast area was clean. Breakfast staff was extremely friendly and kind.

This property was conveniently located in the heart of Muncie, close to any type of food we could want, near grocery/convenience stores, and fuel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. PLENTY of blankets, towels, and pillows. Often I find I have to ask for these, but not so with this hotel - everything we needed was in the room. We got snacky later in the evening also, and did not want to take the kids out in the freezing cold, so we visited the snack shop in the lobby which was very convenient. They also have some medicines in there for headaches and upset stomachs, etc. Their breakfasts were very good for being a continental free breakfast. Lots of options for hot and cold food and everything we ate was delicious. The pool was clean and large enough to exercise in. Their work out room was also nice - very high quality equipment. My only complaint was upon check-in, the staff did not run my credit card, so the front desk called my room at 10:30 p.m. when they realized this was a problem. My family was all sleeping at that time, as we had a funeral to be to in New Castle the next day. I went down to the lobby and thought I got it all sorted out. Then when we got snacks and added them to our room bill, they charged me for the room again in addition to the snacks. I was able to work this out with the manager the next day and the extra charges were refunded to my card. Ultimately, it was a positive experience and I would recommend it and I would stay again.

I've stayed twice now at this hotel when I'm in town for work. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Be sure to ask Laura at the front desk where the best restaurants are! Also, Danny is always very welcoming for breakfast and keeps things well stocked. The rooms are clean and well maintained and beds have been comfortable. This hotel is close to everything in town and is always filled with business people and families which tells me I'm not the only one who likes staying there.

We arrived at 1 am and felt that someone was just in our room before we arrived. There was a fresh smell of some type of air freshener that was just sprayed. The room was disappointing, in that it did not have a mini fridge or microwave. We have stayed at much nicer Hampton Inn's. The breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel for the price. would stay there again. Close to ball state

We arrived late in the evening but were greeted promptly and checked in quickly. The room was your average 2 double beds. The beds were a little creaky. The complimentary breakfast was good - plenty of choices. The room was clean as was the hotel. It was located around quite a few other hotels and not too far from the campus. Overall a good stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, no frigerator in rooms. big bathrooms, good water pressure in shower. close to Ball State, restaurants, and shopping for college.

Very comfortable room, nice breakfast, helpful staff, and clean rooms. Did not use fitness center or pool. Would stay in again if I visited this town.

The only issue I had was the snacks were way over priced!

We did not check out the fitness room or the pool just needed to sleep. Room was very nice but small and it was quiet. We were confused when they asked us for our credit card when we got there and again in the morning to pay for the room. We thought we had paid for it that evening. Coffee tasted bad in the complimentary continental breakfast but there was a large choice of food and it looked good. Would stay there again but bring my own coffee.

This was a quick overnight stay while visiting Ball State for a college info tour. Great location. Rooms were clean as was bathroom. Front desk staff seemed willing to help but not able to do more than greet guests and check them in. Breakfast food was average but the breakfast area was very nice. Manager greeted us while we ate breakfast which was a nice touch but would have preferred to have his presence when we checked in and front desk staff was unable to give us adjoining rooms because "even though there were adjoining rooms available they were not allowed to change room assignments". The 24 hour "suite lounge" was a nice touch. We did not need to use it - but I could see how it would be very useful if we had arrived late or checked out early before breakfast was open. Overall our experience was fine.
