I arrived late . My 1st room had a very loud refrigerator noise and my second room that I switched to at 4:30am . Unfortunately had mouse poop on the bathroom countertop of wich I discovered the next morning. The manager reluctantly gave me a discount.

Nice staff. I was a little bit pleased overall. :-)

The beds were rock hard. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation including a sprinkler system, which I thought was a fire code but maybe not. The pool was nice, the fitness room smelled of mold terribly and didn't have any good equipment, not even a treadmill. My entire family, after only one night, woke up with really bad stuffy noses. Could've been because the air conditioning unit had a very unique odor emitting from it. I must say the staff was very friendly and we're always busy working hard but the owners and management need to be ashamed for charging $123 a night for a hotel which should be a $45 a night deal. I won't choose this or any other Baymont Inn again. Bad experience. No bedbugs though, I almost expected them given the quality of the place.

A b it disappointing. The rooms are rather cell-like, with no artwork or anything to relieve the plain gray walls. Breakfast was ok, but only if you are a carb-addict. No protein other than the small bits of sausage in the biscuits and gravy. We specifically chose this hotel as there was a pool, and found out at check-in that the pool had been closed for three months, which earned the "disappointing" rating for facilities. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

My stay was fine. The front desk clerks were very accommodating. I had 3 issues: the heating system in the room was very loud when it was on and this woke me several times, I had less than 1/8 of a roll of toilet paper in the bath, and my morning bagel was stale. But still and all I will come back these are small issues.

It is difficult for me to get luggage and other belongings up the stairs since there is no elevator at the Baymont. The lock on my door was not working properly and I twice had to request assistance from the main desk to get back in my room. I was informed the door lock was old and needing to be replaced. I found these two things to be an inconvieince to me. The staff however at the Baymont was kind and helpful.

I didn't feel like the value was there for the price. Didn't live up to the pictures shown on line. Beds low quality, rooms need updated.

We've been staying at this hotel almost annually for the past 10 - 20 years. Our experiences have been quite good over the years (we keep coming back), but the facility is getting a bit dated. Could use some updating/refreshing. Maybe its recently becoming a Baymont Inn (was Signature Inn) will bring this.

The Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was served hot every morning, there were many choices. The pool was warm. The room looked a bit older, but it had a microwave and mini fridge to compensate. Overall, great people and great time in Muncie.

Everything was in good shape. The only complaint was wireless was not strong enough to use in our room

The wallpaper was coming off the walls; one side of the wall by the bed looked molded. The minute we walked in my husband said "I thought this was a non-smoking room". I asked if we could have another room the first night and they said they were full. Unfortunately we had to stay a second night. The room had not been swept but it did smell better. There was one chair in the room and we would not even sit on it it was so bad. The 25" TV was a 19" old model.

The check in went great and room was clean and nice. Beds were a little hard but overall wonderful experience.

The room was not very clean. The Pool experience was not pleasant because of all of the cursing and smoking going on around the pool entrance. The staff was really nice, but I'll pay more to stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed at the hotel for a sporting activity and for the price it was a good investment. The hotel is older; however, the rooms were clean, nice and quiet. Will highly considering staying again the next time in the area.

When entering the facility it says that it is SMOKE FREE, well the room also has a sign Please DO NOT SMOKE. Either people cannot read or no one cares, but the room had a strong smell of smold, which is smoke and mold. The attendent told me upon check out that they could not police everyone. That should not be an issue, it's posted. So I would advise everyone not to stay, not even for free. !!!!!!!!!!

I checkddwill never stay there again. "Nasty" stains on the comforter, the bed lamp had a short in it and would flicker if turned on, hot tub was out of order( the front desk neglected to inform me of that), and when. we first got in the room the ac was on full blast( it was 45° outside). awful experience. when i checked out they didn't even ask me how my stay was.

This hotel has great staff and a very friendly environment. However, many upgrades are needed to update this old and worn out building. For example, the door handle fell off the knob, and the furniture was old and had seen some better days.

Great hotal, great servie, will stay there again.will be comming back this summer.

The room was very clean and larger than we expected. We were also pleased to find a refrigerator and microwave in our room. We would definitely stay there again.

A last minute trip, decided to stay here. Everything was average to good, because of the university most of the hotels are about 100 / night....which I think is about 25% more than it should be for an average room, but nonetheless the hotel was good.
