10 mins walk to CST. We atayed in room 103 and it was basicaaly a cubicle room. So small that bed area was way more than left over floor area ! This is the smallest room I have ever came across. Ants and mosquitoes. Only USP is its location

Filthy, Very Small Rooms no Restaurant, No complimentary mineral water Much better Hotels are available in that price One should avoid. Only good thing is location. Mosquitoes in the rooms. Poor I must say.

IT WAS DISGUSTING....... This trip advisor cheated me, as the room i paid for was not that room and the hotel gave me a sheety room, well i paid 1600 rs more to actually get the room i paid online. This hotel guy did not even have information about my booking until he saw my print out details. Bottom line .... I HAD TO PAY 4000 RS FOR THE ROOM WHICH ACTUALLY COST 2300 RS. HENCE FORTH NO MORE BOOKING ON TRIP ADVISOR.

Good to stay for couple of days as it is very close to CST station , market And other main attraction in South Mumbai. Rooms in hotel are small though clean, enough furniture to keep luggage. Fare is reasonable compared to other hotel around, though above average. Breakfast okay okay. Does not have restaurant. Bath Towels can be more better. Best thing is manager allowed to keep luggage even after checkout at reception that allowed me to do shooing for couple of more hours. Checkout timing 12noon. Payment mode hybrid, advance in cash and due amount thr' debit card. PS: debit card machine suffering from technical VB problem works after 2-3 attempts.

The hotel is at very good location. Almost walkable distance from the Chatrapati shivaji terminus. The rooms are quite good and well furnished. The breakfast was not very good but the hotel staff was courteous.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The location is great, very near CST and we walked to most places. The room itself was fine, with decent facilities. However, despite the advertising, you cannot pay with card, which was a real inconvenience. Also, on the last night, the manager phoned our room at 22:30 and asked us to pay the bill (we were in bed, so not happy at all!) Overall, would not stay here again.

Victoria Hotel, very near Mumbai's CST Rail Terminal, is a very convenient location for guests. It is in very close proximity to not only the CST Rail station but is also very close to Regal Square (famous for its Leopold Cafe/Cafe Mondegar and Bade Miyan), close also to The Gateway of India from where you can take a trip to Elephanta Caves, the Taj Mahal Hotel and Colaba Causeway, the shopper's paradise ! Rooms are good, neat and clean. Staff are cordial and the restaurant just next to the hotel serves very delicious veg food. Marine Drive, with its Chowpati and pau-bhaji, is not too far from this hotel. So also is the Churchgate railhead (local train travel to Bandra/Santa Cruz, etc) located very close to the hotel.

Hotel location is good that its near to raliways terminus. Recently stay in this hotel. Price is normal so i can say its a budget hotel. Room was not so big but yes it clean and comfortable. Hotel does not have restaurant so you need to find other place for dinner. Service is ok ok.

It was my second visit of mumbai for business trip. This time most of my meeting was in south mumbai so checking out on TripAdvisor i chose this hotel for my stay. I think its a less rated on TripAdvisor, my stay was great. room was neat and clean, staff was good. Aircondation was not working properly that was only things missing otherwise its 5 out of 5. Hope that on next visit i will not get same problem.

My experience in this hotel was average...nothing excellent nothings bad... room size was ok ....cleanness was excellent ...location by near to railways station and gateway of india is also near by......they should increase service standard rest all things was ok...value for money
