Arrived early hour on New Year’s Day so requested an early check in .We were taken to our room being very tired didn’t take in our surroundings till the next morning.Noticed a damp smell in the room reported to reception they said they would check it out .Within about 15 min they asked us if we wished to move to another room which we accepted all done without a fuss or hassle. Throughout out our stay we found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. The 2nd room was exactly what we expected if not better would definitely stay again .when you travel you can always come across problems but it’s how they are handled that counts . Well done Suba .
