Loved the lake view hotel room - beautiful view, even in February! It was a little too cold to walk to restaurants and shopping, but in warmer weather it would be a great location! We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and surrounding areas
The parking is very inconvenient. There were random cones blocking vacant spots for no reason. My room appeared to be handicap accessible but the toilet seat was so loose that I nearly fell sitting down because it slid off to the side. There are also no handrails and nothing on either side to hold on to. The shower was a walk in but the non slip strips on the bottom were so worn down that I nearly slipped walking in to the shower as well. Thankfully I’m not handicapped and was able to catch myself both sitting on the toilet and walking in to the shower. I’m afraid that someone who does struggle with mobility and balance will seriously hurt themselves in the bathroom. The bed was also so annoyingly squeaky and the frame was wobbly.
Nice place to stay
The property was great. Well maintained. The pool area was immaculate and very pleasant. The check in process was somewhat questionable... I asked for a text when room was ready. The paperwork was signed with my phone number on it t. The text never came. She texted a wrong number. Then I had to show my ID for a second time when I came back to the hotel, wandering when my room would be ready. I enjoyed the room layout and amenities. However, it was in the top ten worst views I have ever experienced. The window looked out onto the roof. Rm 230. Also, it may be time to replace the 24 inch high bathroom vanity. Very clean room and the fireplace was a bonus.
The pool was amazing and warm! The hotel is clean and the staff is welcoming. There are alot of notes placed in the room... don't use the microwave for popcorn, use the colored washcloth for makeup removal, dont touch the smoke detector($200 fine), Quiet hours 10-8,.. It was alittle annoying feeling somewhat like a nuisance instead of a guest.
I was able to park at the property and walk to all the downtown activities! great location and clean rooms!
