We make the journey from England to Denmark four times a year and we always stay here both ways. It is quiet and close to the motorway. We are always made very welcome and usually upgraded to a better room or given a suite in the annex. The staff are very friendly and always remember us. This time they were very busy so they had kept a table for us in the restaurant. It is a family owned hotel, not part of a chain and keep their staff long term. The food is very good as well.

We stayed here over a weekend and found the accommodation to be comfortable and the location quiet. The interior is a little dated and worn, but clean and tidy. The staff were friendly but didn't give terribly much information without prompt. A recommended location but car parking can be a little tight. All in all, a good place.

We stayed here at the start and end of a week long cycling tour of the Southern 100 Schloss cycle route, leaving our cars. The hotel is a few miles outside of Munster in nice countryside. The car parking is free and plentiful, ideal if leaving a car whilst touring on a bike. A garage was provided free of charge to store our bicycles while we spent a day in Munster. Rooms are modern and everything was in good working order. The breakfast buffet included bacon and sausages as well as the usual cold meats, cheeses etc. and was very good. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening. It was a little pricey, but very good and to a high standard. If we were to return to complete another of the excellent 100 Schloss cycle tours I'd definitely stay here again.

Nice comfortable hotel with pool and sauna included in stay. The room was comfortable, standard furniture and amenities. The pool was oddly cold, not sure if this is normal. Nice sauna, did not try the breakfast. Very cosy bar on the grounds.

Stayed for 4 nights while at a business conference. The room was clean with comfy beds. The bathroom was spotless if a little on the small side. for a hotel in Germany the breakfast offering was good and the staff were efficient. I had dinner on 2 nights, one in the Bar away from the main building which was tasty, traditional and filling. The other night ate in the restaurant which was more formal but still good fare and well presented. The only complaint was on the Thursday night the only bar had been booked out with an event that meant no alcohol was available other than out a fridge in reception. Overall an acceptable experience and I would return.

Excellent Hotel in the nearby of Munster: Spacious room, great service, superb restaurant. Very good quality-to-price ratio. Fast WiFi. Really nothing to complain about. Suggested for business trips but also for leisure. I would definitely come back if I'm in the nearby.

All in all this was an average experience. I really liked to sit in the entrance area on a huge couch to do my business on my Sony SGP 521 tablet. The country side ladies working there are sweet and innocent. The bar is not my cup of tea. Much too dark, unstylish, Bierklausen-atmosphere even the young boys working there are doing their best. All in all this is still a much too overpriced hotel for such low-level rooms, furniture, bathroom and so on. The name is misleading. If you want to support country side people having a hard life leave your money here.

The hotel is situated outside the town of Muenster, so you will need a car to get to the city centre. It is nicely located in a wooded area, which may appeal to hikers. Our room was small, with very simple furniture, the bathroom tiny. Everything was spotlessly clean, as usual in Germany. Breakfast was excellent, with many choices and sparkling wine. The hotel has a swimming pool and a restaurant which we did not try out.

Parkhotel Hohenfeld Münster is located in a green peaceful area with ample parking. Very very friendly staff really make you feel welcome. The hotel offers free wifi (not unimportant!) a great breakfast. In the summer you can sit outside - just beautiful! The restaurant is absolutely superb. Great food and friendly service. All this while the city of Munster is only a short drive away.

A leisure stay at this hotel while on a driving holiday and en route to Hamburg. Booked by a friend. Hotel is well outside Munster but is very nice. Given its distance out of town we eat in the restaurant which was very nice indeed and not too pricey given the quality of the food There is also the opportunity to eat in the bar in a separate building I used the pool which was clean and very nice.
