I called this hotel 3 times BEFORE actually reserving the room and requested adjoining rooms. I was PROMISED that I would have 2 rooms with double queen beds with an adjoining door so that we could have a birthday party for my 11 yr daughter and her friends in one room and us adults in the other. I showed up and they had given my adjoining rooms to other people that didn’t care to be adjoined! Then to top it off, the girls room had a dirty pair of panties and a dirty T-shirt in the room (panties were under the bed and T-shirt was IN the pillow case) of the pillow that a girl slept on!
Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a single-cup coffee brewer, a large refrigerator and a microwave. Shower worked well. Breakfast was decent except there was no fruit on either of the two mornings we were there. Close to the freeway, but never noticed any highway noise and didn't notice any noise from other nearby guest rooms. Pool was heated but still chilly. Grounds and facility was clean. Quite happy with our stay. Will definitely consider this hotel in the future.
Nice hotel for the price. The pool area was under construction and not much of a breakfast selection. I figure you can’t expect perfection at their price point. Would stay here again because the room itself was nice.

Honestly it was just average across the board. The staff wasn't friendly, but not rude. It wasn't super clean, but not dirty. The breakfast wasn't great, but I've had worse. The only thing to mention would be there are only 4 breakfast tables o plan on taking something back to your room.
the coffee pot in my room needed cleaned so bad it took an hour to make 1 cup of coffee. Which made the taste very bad.

We had you in adjoining rooms---I am not sure what happened that you were moved but I am looking into it. We never allow birthday parties here but since you booked online we went ahead and let you have yours. Thank you for letting me know the issues that you had. I do appreciate you staying with us.
