Arrived late, night mgr sleeping, no towels, no toiletries, no toilet paper in room and no phone to call front desk...did have a roommate but he met an untimely demise (large bug). Exterior looks great though...

Great location. Rooms aren't fancy but are clean and the pool is great

First night door did not lock. Moved rooms. Waited 30 minutes to check in.

Quiet great location would have liked a few more restaurant choices.

We had a awesome time in Keystone. We rode our motorcycles all thru the Hills to Sturgis and back. The hotel and the staff were great, Pet friendly as well as customer friendly....no strong amenities but perfect for us.

The sheets were dirty when we got there and the tv only had 5 channels

Because it was so centrally located we drove to Black Hills, Jewel Cave, Custer Park, Needles Highway, Mt Rushmore in the morning and back for the evening show and Devil's Tower. TV's were old but the movies were new. Room was very small but we made it work. Priced for the area. Town was cute and we loved the food and hospitality,

It is a hotel in a tourist town. It was ok for what it is and the best feature is its location.

This was a great place to stay to see Mt. Rushmore. Convenient to walking around Keystone and the best value we found. Recommend it, especially if you have a pet.

The only problem I see is parking issues and the cleaning staff could have checked our rooms daily. Instead we had to ask for supplies.

Just an average room, a bit out of date. Close to restaurants.

This hotel was nice, but nothing fancy. The pool area was clean and inviting. It is an old building with renovations. Odd layout.

The front staff was very friendly and informative. The motel is right on the boardwalk, so easy getting to shops, food and entertainment. Could of used a good vacuuming, no coffee pot in room, awkward placement of furniture, no extra pillows and older bed. Cleaning staff I met in halls unfriendly. will try another motel next time.

We chose this hotel for its location. We have relatives in Keystone. Overall good hotel. Only issues we had, a coffee maker in the room would have been nice. TV was old, could not see some graphics from wide screen shots, lack of channels was disappointing. Lastly, parking space are WAY TOO SMALL! And the parking lot was right!

The price is too much for what you get. The room didn't have tooth-past, shampoo, conditioner, and no water (Not even water fountain#. The room is ok, but was too expensive for the type of the room. The hotel recommended a restaurant #I think it belongs to the hotel) with a discount, but the quality of the food was awful, worst then a microwaved food ...My girlfriend asked for water with no ice, the waitress told her as soon he melts the ice would give to her, and I think he wasn't been funny either. The only great thing about it was the location, it was close to Mt. Rushmore but that is all.

The amenities were unexpectedly good. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. The reservation did not include breakfast. If it had everything would have been perfect!!

Check in went well. Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Our room was very clean. it was kind of outdated, with the wall paper, bedding, etc. but not too bad. was kind of dissapointed they only had like 10 t.v. channels, and no guide so you had no clue what you were watching. all around, good for the value.

It was a cheap place to stay close to Mt. Rushmore. Accommodations were what you'd expect for the price point: no frills, but satisfactory.

location is good. but my room had few issues. Linens were not clean ( I had to ask clean stuff). Water drainage in the tub was very very slow. no coffee maker in the room. Always I had to go to front desk area for coffee. Hot water container was very high. I got burned when I tried to fill hot water cup. But front desk girl took care of my burned fingers applying some burn cream,

the staff was sometimes very helpful, sometimes less so - there were 4 of us to the room, we had exactly 4 flat pillows, when we asked for additional pillows they sent us 3 which I thought was odd - the location is conveniently on the keystone strip and only 15 or so mins from area attractions which was nice
