My teenage daughters and I enjoyed our stay so much we hated to leave. My daughters enjoyed the pool while I soaked in the hot tub. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in any of the places we've stayed.

Average for the price, nothing over the too. Extrodinary and helpful staff. Nicest hotel in area and very close to attractions. Unfortunately, 35-40 minutes away from city.

Stayed for a night in February and received a great off-season rate; nice free breakfast; room was large and comfortable

This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to South Dakota. Our room was clean and quiet, and Keystone is a lovely historic town that is centrally located to other attractions in the area.

Parking- Need more guest parking and less employee parking!

We came to see Mt Rushmore and for a fall get away trip. The lobby was cozy and enjoyable which helped because the weather was unpleasant. The rooms met out needs, and all in all the hotel was good. However, there was a clerk who made an error with the booking. We noticed this after we had left, called and had friendly service and they made the correction without problems.

It was awesome being so close to Mt Rushmore. Hotel was clean and easy to access.

This hotel maintains our previous experiences with this chaine and therefore will keep Holiday Inn Express and Suites on our shortlist of hotel options when traveling!

We arrived late in the evening at this hotel, about a week out of tourist season. This hotel is great while "in season", but you will need to make your way to Rapid City for any bars, gas stations, restraunts, or conveniences. The first thing we noticed about this place, though, is the creepy vibe you get. I'm not entirely sure how to explain it - maybe it was the emptiness of the entire town being out of season.

The hotel is very nice and also the small town where is near the Rushmore national park and Custer state park

The inn was clean and quiet. It's 5 minutes away from Mt. Rushmore. Hot tub was very good as well.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and there was nothing more that we needed. The location to Mt. Rushmore was perfect.....you couldn't get any closer.

Our room was clean and quiet. The location was walking distance to Boardwalk and train. Short drive to Mt Rushmore - 5 minutes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Not at all up to the Holiday Inn standards we are used to. The hotel is very outdated and needs to be repaired.

i went during the off season so it was nice that the hotel was open and is very close to mt rushmore. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

we were kind of disappointed that there was no small refrigerator in the room. other than that everything else was great. very pleasent staff

The location was good for walking to town. It was nice that breakfast was offered and included.

We stayed at this establishment as we passed thru to visit Mount Rushmore. The staff was friendly and was able to make great recommendations on places to eat. Wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy the Jacuzzi and pool.

Very nice hotel. Excellent location for walking distance to sites in Keystone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Black Hills and Rushmore!

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY THE STICKY BUNS AT BREAKFAST. GOOD LOCATION FOR WALKING AND EVEN BETTER TO SEE MT. RUSHMORE AND CRAZY HORSE. WE ALSO DROVE THROUGH CUSTER STATE PARK WHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL. EASY PARKING.

We apologize our parking can be a bit confusing and first glance. We do have free parking, for a full hotel, on either side of our hotel, as well as parallel spots in front against our building. We also have an overflow lot located right next to our building for multiple cars, RV's, trailers, etc. The employee parking you see on Swanzey Street is actually city property, and is for all the employees for the shops on main street. This way travelers are able to park on main street and are closer to the all the shops! We hope this cleared up any confusion you experienced! We hope you had safe travels and to see you again in the future!
