Only problem was bed height. Difficult as a handicapped person to get in and out of bed

Well run hotel, enjoyed our visit. Pool water a bit cold, but hot tub felt great. Limited options for coffee at breakfast.... suggestion would be to have multiple coffee creamer flavors (I'm a coffee snob)... but overall, great!

Nearly new motel, very clean and modern. Beautiful grounds and waterfall in back yard.Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much. Phil

Very good breakfast, great location to a number of attractions. Very happy with this hotel

My wife and I stayed three nights and would liked to have stayed longer. Enjoyed the view while eating breakfast which was very good. Great location for all there is to see and do in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

Relaxed, clean, new, conveyant, firepit and waterfall to relax to in the evening. Nice place to retreat to after sightseeing all day.

Friendly staff; clean new hotel; grat relaxing waterfall out back

very nice enjoyed the town and hotel

stayed 2 nites, close to state and national parks, very clean, great morning breakfast,we only needed one other meal on these 2 days. After a long day of site seeing We sat outside by a built in gas fire pit, under a clear and star filled sky it was very nice.Huge beds and clean rooms, housekeeping and the rest of the staff friendly and respectful.

We were so happy to see a clean, perfectly tended hotel! With so many choices in this area, we felt very fortunate because some of the locations looked old and run down. The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful and we would definitely recommend the location to see the sites. Crazy Horse is about 5 minutes away. Mt. Rushmore is about 20 minutes away. Lots of good restaurants and things to do in Custer!

great

This hotel was very pleasant in every way. The front desk people were friendly and informative. Our children loved the swimming pool which was clean and well kept up. We appreciated the fact that we could see our children in the pool while we enjoyed the treadmills. The breakfast was complete and there was something for each of us to enjoy. We liked being able to walk across the street to the Flintstone Theme Park and to several restaurants. We also liked being able to walk to the putt putt golf on the same side of the street. We would definately stay there again.
