this hotel was under contruction and was terrible with debris and smell all over. noise was heavy and just lucky only had to spend one night for several hours due to early morning flight. TV was bad and just not what i was expecting.

Pool was not open, wifi was not good, room was dirty, one of the staff was rude during breakfast Not worth 110$ a night

I booked this hotel through an online agency. When we arrived, we were told that becaues we had booked through an "third party" we had no choice but to accept the room they offered. I was a smoking room, and we had requested non-smoking. aftrer a 10 minute argument with the male manager, a woman came out from the back and told us to wait 10 minutes. She came back and said she had a non-smoking room for us. There were burn marks in the furniture, along the edge of the bathtub and in the carpet...BUT...there was a non-smoking sign on the door. The room smelled, the bedding was ratty, there was a gap under the door big enough to let neighbourhood rodents in. and both mornings there was garbage piled up outside our room. We went to the lobby for breakfast once and didn't eat, just turned around and left.. Sketchy area and I would NEVER stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone. On line travel agency..PLEASE take this disgraceful place off of your hotel list!Hotel chain...PLEASE remove your name from this property!

Very difficult to locate. Arrived and checked in, and was told we had a smoking room. Advised them I had booked this trip weeks ago and specifically asked for a non-smoking room. They told me because I booked through a third party they did not have to guarantee me anything. After a brief discussion with a rather rude male employee, , another staff member came out and said she would see what she could do. She told us to wait. Approximately 10 minutes later, she told us she had found a non-smoking room for us. She then proceeded to lecture me on how she was doing us a big favour and the hotel was NOT required to fix anything booked through a third party. When we got to the room...wow! The bathroom walls were patched but not painted, the bed was ancient and the boxspring parts we could see were filthy! The bed linens were half dragging all over the floor. There was a gap under the door big enough that daylight showed into the room ...big enough for small uninvited guests to come on in. The furniture in the room was old and stained and there were cigarette burns in one of the pillow cases, as well as burn marks on the edge of the bathtub....so much for non-smoking! The hotel location is terrible. We kept all the security locks on anythime we were in the room and took anything we considered valuable with us everytime we left. There was no place nearby for dining and the hotel breakfast smelled good...but one waffle maker for a hotel with 2 floors of how many rooms? We couldn't even get close to it. The best part was when we came back late after a ride up and down the Jersey Shore (highly recommended!) and the room was not made up. This is the second time we have run into this at a Quality Inn. A check at the front desk revealed the housekeeping staff said they had done the room and the front desk had no idea what had happened...My last stay ina place named "QUALITY INN"

The hotel is right off the highway and only 6 miles from Citizens Bank park. The hotel itself is very ordinary and could use some updating. The staff were friendly, but not very knowledable about the local area. For the price, you should expect exactly what we received; a clean room and shower but not much else.

Independently run by "mom" and "pop". More of a motel 6 style. Staff was unfriendly. The worse part was the entire facilities wreaked of cleaning chemical giving us a headache - in the room, in the lobby. They must use a very powerful cleaning solvent - but then maybe there is a good reason for it. Perhaps if I needed a place arriving late at night just to sleep and minimize the stay then it would have been worth the price.

I did not hold high expectations. But the stay was still a below average experience for me. I have stayed some $60 motels which are better than this. Not every cheap hotel is run cheaply but this one was. There was only one front desk person after hour so all the requests including changing broken light bulb and getting more fresh towels had to wait until the next morning. Room was not very clean. sheets and towels were OK but the surface of furniture was dusty. Carpet was dirty. We walked bare foot first then realized the bottom of our feet became very dirty. We had to put on our socks. Amenities not delivered fully. Pool was covered; No hot tub; Ice machine had a sign "broken" too. Coffee machine was broken. Air conditioning was broken too (there was air coming out it but the temp control did not work. Luckly we did not need heat or cold air that night.). We did not try their breakfast because we did not believe in the quality of it after dealing with all the broken things in the room. We also got a smoking room even though I booked a non-smoking room. The hotel host blamed on website. I am not sure who messed up but this was the first time I got wrong-type of room through here. When we ask front desk to change a room they said they had a full house that night. Somehow I doubt it. We checked in around 7:30pm so there should be other rooms available. To summarize, the management is pretty bad there. Check if everything works when you walk in, do not unpack too quickly. You might need to switch room. If you are visiting Philadelphia, this location is not bad. We had a car so it was pretty easy to drive from PA to NJ. If you do not have a car then forget about it. Cab costs too much and you need to pay $5 each time when you cross the bridge. There is a Rite Aid and a fast food place not far from Hotel. If you really need to get something you can walk there. There was a liquor store in short driving distance (no alcohol is sold in convenience store in NJ). But its collection was pathetic. So if you want to eat well, have dinner before you come to this hotel. There are not many mid-price range hotel to choose from around Philadelphia. So it will be either $70 to $90 motel or $200+ hotel. But next time I will at least try another motel.

We looked for a hotel that would not cost too much since we were on road trip. When we checked in the manager was super friendly. It is nothing super special but it is clean and has a coffee maker, TV and free internet. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room is decorated with an Indian touch which makes you feel comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable for the low price. Liked the small refirgerator in the room. Bathroom clean. Check in staff not too friendly

The room was clean. Try to get a room away from the highway.

It's really easy to get to from Philly, 5 minutes on the highway and right off the exit. Everything is clean and orderly, breakfast was decent and the lobby not bad. If you have a car, this is a good value to stay at when visiting Philadelphia.

The hotel was old, rancid, smoke filled and in need of repair. The room was disgusting with stains on the furniture, door, walls, and comforter. I asked for another room and it had ripped furniture. This was the worst hotel I've seen. I left 20 minutes after arriving and asked for a refund. Much to my dismay, they did not provide a refund because they said I already checked in. There was no food nearby and the restaurant was closed indefinitely.

all was clean staff was nice pool was ready and clean

this was my first time to reserve a hotel in NJ, I was little scared as I was alone and they close the door and use a window after midnight, this thing was totally new for me, I didn't find anyone at the window but the officer showed up in a short time, he was very helpfull and assuring, the location of the hotel is perfect, the room was very clean and smells good, my only concerns were the sink was kind of old and the shower drains slowely.. in the morning i met with the main desk officer she needs to be more welcoming and smiling, I liked the decoration of the breakfast room. I enjoyed my stay overthere with an average price and good service.

Needed a hotel for a Eagles game we were going to, saved a ton of money by staying here rather than in the city and was only a 15 min drive back to Philly room was adequate but nothing overly special.

The room was good size, clean and quiet. Although the bathroom had nats coming from the drain. Everything was great, didnt need much so as long as the price was right, I was happy with that. I didnt mind overlooking things that might have been out of place. Didnt use the pool or workout room, though the pool was a nice size, The staff was helpful when we needed anything. Went in at the last minute to dine at the bar and they were very pleasent. Food was good too. They were easy to find right off the exit and pretty close to everthing else in the area but yet not so much in the city. First time staying at this location, would prob go back although I wasnt too fond of the pillows. They might have been washed one too many times, thought they were lumpy. Was close to were we needed to go to see music at the waterfront.

We were seeing a play in Philly and this hotel was only 5 miles away, which was great, and so was the price. The downside was that it was very noisy, mostly from foot traffic and street traffic out front, and the room was fairly small, especially the bathroom. The staff (of one)was overwhelmed upon check in and not very helpful with the confusion of breakfast and daylight savings time. All in all for a one night stay the price is right, anything longer than that might be uncomfortable.

Quiet, clean and comfortable

Good location for my needs. Friendly, clean. I got what I paid for. Everything worked in the room.

Stayed one night following a concert in Camden. Arrived very late and understood that limited staff were available at that hour. However, when discovering that there was dried blood on the bed comforter, no one was willing to provide a replacement comforter. Needless to say, we will never stay in this establishment again.
