I specifically reserved a non-smoking room. It was evident by the overwhelming stench that people had smoked in that room. UGH! I suggest that you check in early so that if you reserve a non-smoking room that is what you get.

I asked for a non smoking and still the room smell strong. My children's and I did not feel comfortable. Breakfast is only a muffin and coffee.

Granted we had a smoking room (all that was available) buy it was so gross. It smelled horrendous and the blankets were dinged yellow. I asked for a new room and was told none available. I'm a smoker and couldn't even stand the smell in this room.

For ththe price and location the stay was ok... The bbathroom was smaller then the norm but the room size was ok.

Just needed a nice play to stay after attending a wedding. This was it!

Definitely an inexpensive choice with good features. The rooms/beds could do for some upgrading.

Hotel musty, moldly. People smoking in rooms. Beds were old, mattresses dried out, horrible dry, crunching noises everytime you moved. NO ammenities. People above us walking/stomping around; kept us awake. Refrigirator noisey! The very next morning we MOVED out! Went one block to brand new hotel for $9.00 night more! , gorgeous!!!

1. Here is an idea... Leave extra pillows in every room. Every single time I stay at this hotel there is always some sort of issue with receiving extra pillows or towels...AMAZING.. Just leave the things in the hotel.. How hard is it to just put a paper seal or something around the pillow which will indicate if it has been used or not... Secondly, the night attendant quit on the spot on the very day that I arrived. It took over 35minutes just to check-in .. I had to go to a nearby hotel and be escorted back to my original hotel in order to check-in to my room..

staff seemed lost n useless no help whatsoever black girl at front desk was more interested in her cellphone than my trip or reservation. wondering what they pay her to do? guess just play on her phone cause she sure doesnt do any work

not good room and hotel smelled bad ahhhhhh Had to get Lysol to make it bearable

Had a great little getaway with my boyfriend. Staff was nice and helpful. The food from the menu in the room was very good but a little over priced ! Wish they had a vending machine!

Checked in at about 11 pm. I had requested a non-smoking room. When up to the room and as soon as i walked in i knew it was a smoking room. Went back to reception, receptionist was very nice, said earlier receptionist messed up, gave me another room. Went up to new room, heating/ac didn't work. Back downstairs again. got another room, this time had a new heating/ac unit. Rooms are ok, a bit old. went to the bathroom, it was clean, except that there was a hair on ones of the towels hanging. At about 2 am when i went to bed, i pulled the sheets down and inspected the bed (since i don't trust any hotel anymore, specially because of bed bugs) and what did i find? 3 more hairs in the bed and pillow, and all of different kinds. At this point i gave up and just went to bed, because i was not about to move to another room, that would have been the 4th one. One their website they don't tell you how much they charge for internet, and when i got there it was another $4.99. in the room when i logged in, a website popped up to ask for another $3.00 for faster internet (another rip off). had i just gotten a better hotel with free internet and perhaps breakfast, i would have come out ahead. I guess its true, I tried to save a little and in the end cost me more.

The hotel was the right price and very clean! The staff was great and the local is perfect!!!

It was a bit on the noisy side but nothing that wasn't tolerable. When I entered the hotel, another person's (who was staying at the hotel) dog was jumping all over me and my guest so we needed to clean up after that before we headed out for dinner.

They had no idea that we had reservations. Someone tried to get into our room at 2:30AM with a key, given to him by front desk-SCARY!!!, that person said that was his 3rd room front desk gave him!!!! Cockroaches in bathroom!!! Very unfriendly staff-they don't care about their customers. Very dirty and smelled like something rotted. You can't leave due to those reasons, nor will they credit you back or refund your money!!!! Did not feel safe there, and will never stay there ever again. This hotel not recomended to anyone!!!!!
