Front desk was accommodating. Room had a terrible smell and it was clearly outdated without any attempt to upgrade to modern times. House keepers plastic glove lying in the bathroom floor and the tub/shower appear to have black dirt particles in the tub. We were in the area to settle our previous home in NJ and wanted to have dinner with a cocktail and wine, at Steak 38 next door, and didn't want to drive afterwards. It therefore served it's purpose. However if we were to ever go back to that fabulous restaurant again we would call cab from a better Inn.

Room was clean, and the room was in decent shape.. Only big issue was the door to the room.. The doors face the outside, and the door was extremely hard to open from the outside and you had to really slam the door to make sure it would close, or the wind from the outside would pop the door open.. Other then that.. its a okay hotel.. Nothing crazy great or crazy bad.. in the middle.

Well I had to stay for two days the walls are paper thin so I could hear everything the people next door were doing and trust me you would not want to hear that ughhh plus the room saod non smoking but I believe someone was smoking in the room next door and the sent was coming into ours and I could not breath all night also the bed was super uncomfortable

The hotel staff didn’t make me a priority when I approached the desk to check in. Other than that I have no complaints about my stay

Room was nice looking. Had smell in the washroom. Someone had left the door open before I got there. Insects in the room. But otherwise decent for the price.

This place is 6.6 miles from Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. The travel to Philly is easy if you can drive 10 minutes to public transport (free parking). For $5.25 round trip, starts very early and trains leaving every 10 to 15 minutes is the best option. Drop off is just 2 blocks from Lib Bell and Ind Hall. Bus travel started at 8:30 am, took a walk of 15 minutes to get to stop, and charge was $4.25 one way. Ind. Hall needs tickets which can be obtained across the street @ 8:30 am. Tickets are free, and it's a GREAT tour - short (about 35 minutes), but GREAT. Liberty Bell is no charge, great walkway and history exhibits along the way.

This will get the job done. The staff was friendly and the room was dated but relatively clean. This place is more of a place for families traveling on a budget. I'm a Hyatt person usually and it certainly wasn't that. I'm no snob though and this hotel will meet any travelers needs (you will need a car though if you are staying at this hotel).

Front desk clerks could have been more professional in there attire and the way they conducted themselves... They were more interested in looking at computer screen together ...

No big frills here, but it's very solid and decently well kept. For the price, it can't be beat. You're a short drive into Philly and paying a fraction of the prices you would staying in the city.

King size bed was horribly uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a box of springs. Did not sleep at all! :-(

Came for a wedding and motel located half way between church and banquet. Thought there will be lot of traffic noice but it was rather quite. Bathroom and sink location was redone, clean and spacious. Rugs need to be replaced, or washed. Room had everything from coffee maker, refrig, and microwave. Good size flat screen TV and the one feature really liked was the heater was very quiet. Good lighting with the parking lot and the breakfast was very adequate.

clean room, comfortable, good location next to Walmart not far from the mall. Affordable price

At first glance, this hotel appeared updated but once inside, it's apparent that the "updating" is minimal and cheaply done. There were roaches in the "roach hotel" and a mouse visited our room in the middle of the night (as seen from the holes chewed in our food bags). I contacted the front desk about this and the unapologetic receptionist told me he would contact the owner to have him contact me. Shockingly, no one ever called or emailed me about my experience. At the very least, money should have been deducted from the cost of the stay to cover our ruined food costs. I would never stay here again nor recommend it to a friend.

Great rooms and beds. But found a pillow with blood on it the next day after checking in at 12am and not seeing it before sleeping. The hotel cleaning staff stopped by and checked up if we needed any refreshing of the room. That was a first for me.

The room we had (4 queen size beds) was large and accommodated all of us getting together to share a pizza and to talk for a while which was very nice and especially for the small children in our party. I would have liked to see more variety for their continental breakfast but it was ok. In most part the staff was courtesy but being from the south one would hope a little more friendly. The hotel is an older one that has been remodeled. One thing they could do to help, is to have their carpets cleaned. However our stay of two nights was ok.

good almost every thing the carpets had many spots but they were clean . breakfast was good

Will definitely stay here again when in the Philly area. Easy access to downtown and at a fraction of the price of staying in the city.

I clearly made the mistake of not researching where I was staying more thoroughly. My room's heater was set to 86 upon arrival, so I basically opened the door to a sauna. The bedding was clearly worn and stained (I ended up sleeping on top of the covers). There was a trap door in the ceiling with a questionable rusted lock- it appeared that whoever had acces to this would be able to enter my room through this. When I tried to use the outlet next to the hairdryer, it was falling off the wall, functional, but unsafe. Once I had gone up to my room, I returned to my car to gather a few things I had forgotten. I heard a couple fighting, and then all of a sudden a woman ran out of one of the lower level rooms, chased by a man. The man grabbed her, and forced her back into the hotel room, clearly against her will. I went to notify the front desk of this (you could actually see the man sitting against the door not allowing the woman to leave through the partially open curtain as she sobbed in the corner). The front desk associate told me that she could only call and and tell them that there was a complaint about noise and ask if everything was okay (which she did). She refused to do anything further, such as contact police to check in on the woman's safety. This woman was clearly being held against her will, and I can only hope that she was safe until she was allowed to leave. I for my own safety, I did not feel like I could intervene further. Overall, this hotel was dirty, not willing to help a guest who was clearly in need, and gave me the feeling of not being safe. I travel to NJ frequently for work, and now know where NOT to recommend to coworkers for the future.

The breakfast was a good variety and well maintained. The bedroom area was recently renovated and relatively clean. The bath tub is old and the toilet was not clean inside. I traveled alone and didn't feel safe. The Friday night travelers were loud and carried on way past midnight...running up and down the walkways, screaming and laughing loudly. The location was good if you want to go to Cherry Hill Mall etc. also a short distance to downtown Philadelphia.

Great service and room. The staff was and the room was clean and orderly. I will definitely stay with days inn again.
