I had a great stay at this hotel. There was an issue with my room (not an issue with the hotel). Zondra and Mahogany, who were very nice during the check-in process, immediately moved us to another room during a very full occupancy night. Excellent customer service!
No internet service. They had me call their internet provider. Waste of time. Over 2 hours. Had to leave the same day.
Bed is super comfortable, only thing that isn’t great is the creaking floor noises and the screaming children down the hall from me.
The walls were paper thin and we could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door. I had to bang on the wall several times to get them to turn down the tv so we could sleep. Also, there were small brown ants crawling on the bathroom floor. And the breakfast price is outrageous and ridiculous. $10 for a continental breakfast? Ridiculous!

I appreciate that there was a fridge & microwave. The iron needs to be clean. It has burnt marks on the plate which cause the iron to stick on clothing. Room #307
I didn’t like that the tub was clogged and all I did was run the water before the shower
The woman that ran the breakfast was amazing!!! She was so helpful and pleasant even though she was by herself helping everyone she truly made the start of our day great!!!
...the sound insulation is terrible. Full disclosure, our upstairs neighbors were morons, and decided to have a Thursday night party until 1:30AM, BUT there's no way we should have heard as much as we did. Also we heard all the hallway noise, more than a hotel would normally have. Hotel staff was very helpful and handled the issue. Other than that the hotel was great, right off 95, dunkins, gas, convenient store all minutes away.
This is a great hotel in a great location off the New Jersey Turnpike. Plenty of places to eat close to the facility. Room comfort was good and the beds were amazing.

The Hilton Garden in Westampton was a peaceful and close to Philadelphia, Trenton and Fort Dix. Other than one unfriendly staff member and a very late check in time (1700 hrs) I really enjoyed the hotel.
