Heated swimming pool (9m x 4m) in supplement. Large terraces with garden furniture, deckchairs. 1 car garage. Parking for 1 car. All amenities 200m. Beaches 6 km.

Provencal stone farmhouse of about 150m² on 3 levels air conditioning in the bedrooms.
On the ground floor: Vast living / dining room, TV room with TV (TNT), Internet, HI-FI. American equipped kitchen.
Upstairs: Air-conditioned master bedroom with 1 double bed (160), bathroom / shower. Separate WC.
On the garden level: 1 air conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (150), shower room / WC, exit to the garden / swimming pool. 1 air conditionned bedroom with 1 double bed (160), shower room / WC, exit to garden / swimming pool. Equipped summer kitchen, BBQ.

Serene and convenient

the home was everything we hoped for and more. 2 full kitchens - one pool side and the other in the home. separate poolside shower and toilet - each bedroom with its own bath. the home is walking distance both down to town and up to the old village which has many restaurants and galleries. and perhaps best of all - the blue Mediterranean off in the distance. nice airport an easy 15 minute drive and numerous small towns and villages nearby as well. we did have to purchase many staples - garbage bags, shower and dish soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. beyond that - which was not an issue really - it was perfect.

Maison jolie de l'extérieur mais décevante à l'intérieur

Concernant la maison elle même: - la maison ne compte réellement que 3 chambres. La chambre située au milieu de l'escalier qui mène vers les chambres du bas ressemble plus à un débarras qu'à une réelle chambre et compte pour seule fenêtre une meurtrière qui donne sur un escalier. La chambre est extrêmement humide, un des murs laisse d'ailleurs apparaître de nombreuses cloques. - toute la partie basse de la maison sent le renfermé et l'humidité. Les prestations globales de la maison sont de faible qualité: - l'air conditionné est limité à une seule chambre - l'ensemble de l'électroménager est de mauvaise qualité et la machine à laver la vaisselle est sur le point de rendre l'âme. Elle fait par ailleurs beaucoup de bruit. - les ventilateurs mis à disposition dans la maison sont inutiles. Au delà du fait d'être vieux, ils sont là encore de très mauvaise qualité. - il n'y a pas de moustiquaires dans les chambres du bas (uniquement dans les salles de bains).
