We liked that the metro was very close. They had a airport shuttle, but it was very difficult to use. Thus we spent €50 to arrive. We had our luggage lost at the airport. The airport said they would deliver too the hotel. We keep calling the hotel asking if our luggage arrived. No, we even asked after arriving late at the front desk ater spending the day in Venice. No. When we arrived our room. There it was.
The staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle service from the airport was timely. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.

Train station proximity helped us get to and from city very easy. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Facility was quiet, peaceful and clean.
On the mainland side of Venice, only stayed for one night but much better condition compared to hotels on the island and it's literally next to a train station so you can get to the island or around Italy easily. Driver was very nice and showed us pizza place within walking distance. Hotel restaurant was very good quality food and service. Not much in walking distance aside from train station but regretted not staying there the whole trip. Great room/water pressure.

very clean-close to train for access to Venice to Trieste. Need to let people know that restaurants and shops in area close on Sundays. Limited services in bar/restaurant area in hotel. Currently in process of upgrading outside of hotel and doing a very nice job of it
Free shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean and comfortable - shower would almost overflow during every use (reported upon departure as we only stated one night). Good breakfast.
