I stayed here for one night to visit Trier town. The hotel located at great location and was informed of evening light festival on the day of check-in. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean, except had issues with the wifi as it was slow. Would stay here again if visiting.

The hotel is fine, the staff are friendly - and speak very good English. The location is good and there’s plenty of onsite car parking. My only gripe is with some of the ‘sundries’. 13€ for breakfast, 5.10€ for a beer and 11€ for car parking are expensive IMHO.

Never before got such great breakfast. Great selection. Fresh products. Nice room, bed was the best. Location is near to center. Shops and restaurants around. Next time only this place. Thank You! !!!

The location is reasonable with respect to the areas of interest in the city. Breakfast is very expensive and it is advisable to look for a cafe nearby instead of paying for it at the hotel. What is really bad (really really bad) is the wifi they offer. It is free, but you could also say that it is non-existent. So bad is the internet at this hotel. However, this is common in Germany (in my experience); the hotel that dares to put a good and fast wifi will be very successful.

Hello, I have had a great time in your hotel. Everything was perfect: rooms, service (everyone speaks english:). food and drinks. Only some problems about WIFI. But it wasn't so important. Thank you!!!

I needed wifi and a fridge on this trip and we called ahead to confirm the room would have both. The staff confirmed. The room had neither. Turns out, zero rooms have a fridge. They let me use the bar fridge, but I needed it to store breastmilk so was visiting the bar in my PJ's at 3am. The wifi worked for one of the five nights we stayed there. The staff was friendly and allowed me to use their office, at least. The rooms are spacious enough and clean, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the location is great - you can walk to all the attractions or downtown.

The hotel has its own parking which is charged at 13EUR per night (from memory). It's bigger than it looks when you first drive in, as there is a large open area to the right of the hotel, which is not immediately clear. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the bar area was quirky and relaxing. The room was very large, but seemed to suffer from lots of 'orange' wood furniture and a patterned carpet - very 1990s! Having said that, it was comfortable and clean with a large modern TV. No drinks facility in the room. Our room was a handicapped accessible room as my travelling companion is disabled, and it was spacious and the shower was a wet-room type. No problems. The wi-fi didn't really work properly and was very slow. Location-wise, it was an easy 5 minute stroll into the centre of Trier.

First there was touble to get into the parking, the machine with the tickets did not work. I was also overcharged for the room with 70-80 euros, my company has a special price that did not match the price on my creditcard account. the room was very small.

The bed was not good, very bad matrass and unstable bed. Breakfast was excellent, friendly staff. WiFi was poor. The open area downstairs was extremely nice. Given that, the room was a bit disappointing. Overall we have mixed feelings about this place.

Note: basic room does not include A/C (or a heater that I saw)! Bed was hard, but again - I'm getting that a lot in Germany... Hotel staff were excellent!! Super friendly and helpful. Restaurant was tiny, but good - room service was same quality as in the restaurant. The bar was also the reception area, but they made good drinks and it's well stocked. Breakfast was also very good and lots to choose from. Coffee was from a push-button machine, not the best... Room has basic electronic capabilities (i.e. you can hook an HDMI cable to the TV and use it to watch Netflix, but no USB jacks in the room). Premium wifi was strong and stable. Pool table and Foosball table were fun, but no one ever used them, that I saw... lobby and hotel in general were nicely done and clean, upbeat and fun. Location is right at the end of the major shopping district, easy walk to the ruins and easy access by car. Superb location!
